View from room on 23 floor Big size of room and lanai Lagoon with grassy areas with some shade and beach to relax at. Good service at the breakfast cafe outside. Liked location ...walkable to alamoana shopping center as well as all things waikiki. :)

Carpet kind of tired and grungy looking Bathroom very tired and old soap bar was stuck above shower rod..yuk Slow service at front desk No pool

The accomadations were spacious and comfortable. The Bar and Grill was handy, reasonably priced and a good menu

The hotel is in a good location, without all the pretensions of some of the luxury hotels.

We stayed on the 24 floor with Ocean views. The view by night was amazing. would suggest spend the little extra to enjoy such wonderful views. The room was very big and comfortable. Bed was huge and very comfortable. rooms very clean and sheets changed daily. location was the best very close to Ala Moana shopping centre and a 15 minute walk from the main waikiki, great walk back after a meal. Staff really friendly.

Great room with a lovely view on 22nd floor. Excellent and helpful staff. The restaurant on the top floor was amazing, great food, service and view.

The hotel needs refurbishing, carpets, decor are generally 'tired'. We found the lifts quite musty smelling. But this is the only drawback to an otherwise great place to stay in Waikiki.

Well located on Waikiki foreshore. Great views from our Ocean view Room of the sea and Waikiki beach and Lagoon. 10 minute walk to Ala Moana Shopping Mall and 10 minute walk to Waikiki central. Close to car hire companies. Relaxed atmosphere and warm water in the outdoor pool

No kettle to make tea, only coffee available in the room. No room service or breakfast available

Close to beach and Ala Moana Shopping centre. Cheap price compared to others around. Our 3rd time here, so pleased to return

Location, dated decoration, in need of a revamp, wireless Internet connection was really poor.

For the price I felt the facilities and cleanliness of the room was not up t standard. Mould on sliding door. Bathrrom floor dirty, shower curtain torn. Expected a better standard for the price.

The staff were excellent. They made us feel very welcome. The room was very large, bigger than I had expected. We loved this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Thank you Ilikai.

rooms were very nice, other couple directly across the hall, so had great views from both sides....fireworks next door were fantastic. Thanks to the Bell boy for letting us know of the event. Otherwise would probably have missed it all.

No notification of the Marathon (Blocked any access or departures other than by foot), which held us captive until 10 am....waste of one entire morning, not great when we were only there for three days.

The room smelled weird. The lobby was high standard but the rooms not as much.

The magnificent ocean/beach views, the nearness of fine dinning, shopping and sightseeing, the warmth and friendliness of the Hawaiian people and the courteous/entertaining staff at the 'Top of the I' bar on the 30th floor of the Ilikai and the wait staff at the ground level bar & grill.

The swimming pool, the beach accommodations and the relative lack of information (other than that related to selling time shares) at the 'concierge' desk.

It was within easy walking distance of many rest aurants and shops, and Waikiki beach.

The rooms were a little dated and worn.

To be frank not a lot. It is tired and although more or less on the beachfront it is not in a great location.

Very comfortable and convenient! We enjoyed our stay very much. The sea view is really great and it is easy to travel to most of the tourist sites as there are bus stops near the hotel.

All the staff have good hospitality and I was satisfied at the service. My room was at 25th floor and magnificent ocean view. Next time I visit Honolulu, I definitely stay this hotel again.

Swimming pool was little bit poor but not critical problem, because beach is very near from the hotel.

Excellent position, next to beach and marina, no roads to cross, but a bit out of the noisy scene which suited us. A 10 minute walk into the noisy restaurant and shopping of Waikiki and an easy 10 minute walk into Ala Moana mall in the other direction.

Rooms and pool quite dated, but still fine.

Staff is quite helpful and always ready to assist. Staff at the concierge desk are spectacular!
