The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the nice breakfasts. They got me pillows when I needed them for my back. They were helpful in getting us tickets to the various events we wanted to attend. The way the bed was made was a problem. The bottom sheet was not tucked in--it barely reached the end of the mattress. My husband is tall, so he was always pulling it up and having his feet get caught in it. If the top sheet is left to just hang on the sides instead of being tucked under the mattress, you don't untuck the bottom sheet when you get in to the bed. It keeps the bed neater and more together. Also, the cleaning crew should check behind the bathroom door every day--there were a couple small bug shells behind ours that stayed there all week. The mattress was ok, but definitely past its prime.

We are an older couple traveling with a relative and a small dog. We required 2 rooms. The staff went out of their way to help by providing adjoining rooms. they were very friendly and ready to assist. The rooms were clean, tho, we found them dated. Overall we found the the experince very comfortable.

The staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location was just far enough from the main traffic areas to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient to everything. I would stay there again if I return to Branson.

The staff was very friendly made you feel welcome in every way. The extra perks such as the free cookies and popcorn are a nice touch. I travel with a small dog and the fact that rooms are accessed from the outside instead of passing through a lobby is a necessity. The hotel is older but the rooms were very clean and the entire facility was very well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel and give all areas the highest score. We even purchased 6 of the pillows. I had a tough time finding it, evidentially a gps is not your most reliable source of information when in the hills but after calling the front desk clerk remained on the phone until I arrived at the front door. Signage would have been a great help. Need some sort of advertisement or signage to let you know you are at least heading the right direction, considering everyplace has the word "Falls" in their name. I had no idea if I was even close and almost gave up after stopping at another hotel to inquire where my hotel was located and they offered me a room. I admit I am one of those travelers with no sense of direction and have never found my destination on the first attempt. I need all the help I can get in finding my way.

Quiet area. Very attentive breakfast staff. July 4th breakfast was outstanding: scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, along with the usual biscuits/gravy, waffles, breads, donuts. Lodge staff was very accommodating when booking a show. The Lodge had no record of our reservation; was a little frustrating waiting for the staff to get it resolved. Maid service came around 9:00 a.m.--just too early for vacationers.

This hotel for the money was a pleasant surprise. You never know what you are going to get when you pay budget prices for a room. Rooms were clean except maybe the carpet was a little dirty since we noticed our feet looked dirty even after showers after walking barefoot around the room. the staff were very nice and cheerful as well. The grounds were very well kept. Not too far from everything with a small shopping center and food places within walking distance. Although it was 104 at the times we were there so walking is not recommended when its that hot. The free breakfast was ok. Wish there had been some fresh fruit or yogurt. Mostly fatty foods like donuts and biscuits and gravy. They did have cereal.

The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect for us! Pool was small. Breakfast didn't start til 7, so the lobby was locked before that. And I had to be somewhere every morning at 7. It should have started earlier.
