“ Staff was fantastic!!! The best place we have ever stayed. Elways resturant in the hotel was a great resturant. A little expensive, but worth every penny!!! ”

We arrived April 14 to a skeletal staff and no furniture in the lobby. We had requested a cot in our room and had to move our bedroom table and chairs around for it to fit. The mountain had just closed and the hotel felt abandoned.

Amazing location Great pool The fact that they use disposable cups for everything. In a hotel of this standard I would expect china cups plus it is terrible for the environment. The staff were mixed - some wonderful, some couldn't care less.

The bathroom was the only nice feature about our stay in our room. We just needed a room for one night in Vail. We do own a place in Beaver Creek and we have stayed in Beaver Creek hotels which are truely a lot nicer and cleaner referring to the rooms. The room was dirty especially the carpet and to small for the price of the room. There was a used starbucks coffee left on the table next to the coffee machine in our room.

Location. Fast service. You can hear people next door talking ( not sound proof). We came @ 4:00 p.m. Our rooms were not ready yet...? What a sham.

It was beautiful and right in the center of the village. We didn't have to drive once we parked the car. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. The staff is nice but can appear a little "stiff"

The particular thing we totally enjoyed were the "people" especially the employees behind the front desk, concierge and "reception boys".... Nothing was too much for them, always ultra-friendly and extremely helpful. You really felt at home..This aspect of the Lodge is a home-run. The rooms next to the pool (where we originally stayed) are noisy (screaming kids) till well into the evening. We asked for a transfer and were grated this (paying extra). I would not stay in the pool- side rooms.

Excelente ubicación. Pagué 2 habitaciones y una de ellas no tenía aire acondicionado ni ventilador. El desayuno buffet deja mucho que desear. Tanto en la calidad de los alimentos como en la variedad. Es muy caro para lo que ofrecen. El servicio en el restaurante durante el desayuno fue pésimo. Esperé 20 minutos para que me llevaran un vaso con agua y en la cuenta me quisieron cobrar cosas que no pedí y otras que en teoría estaban incluidas en el buffet. El servicio en el front desk fue muy malo. Solicité cambio de habitación por la falta de aire acondicionado y aparentemente nunca hubo disponibilidad. NO REGRESARÉ Y TAMPOCO LO RECOMIENDO.
