Lodge at Whitefish Lake  

The best moments in my whole life... Good drinks.. lake and moon.. It was very nice.

We loved the natural beauty that surrounded the lodge; a lake, mountains, and a nature trail. The restaurant had a deck that overlooked the lake and the hot tub was incredible. Our room was very spacious with a fireplace.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Amazing!! Location is great for skiing and for hiking and easy access to shopping malls in Kalispel. Amazing views of mountains and lake. Hot tubs and pools. Excellent staff, and affordable room rates. Highly reccomended!!

The food at the hotel wasnt the best and was high priced

Amazing service from front desk. Called down for extra hangers, minutes later they delivered to our room. We needed a can opener, called down, minutes later they delivered. We wanted to have a picnic, they told us where to go.

We enjoyed the spaciousness, the very interesting decor, the food & the general friendly, comfortable atmosphere. The sunset on the lake was absolutely one-of-a-kind!

We didn't have time to enjoy the steam room, pools, spa, etc. We had hoped that some of those features might have been accessible over a wider time frame, especially later in the evening.

Rooms were so big and open and affordable too. Hot tubs open until 11! Sky bridge Everything!!!

Beautiful lodge in an amazing setting - right on the lake with the mountains as a pack drop. Staff was very nice and more than willing to help with anything. Amenities are great too!

I wanted to stay someplace that was visually lovely and upscale. It helps with the overall enjoyment and makes for better memories.

I was disappointd that there were no robes provided in our room, plus our ground floor room (in Viking) faced the common firepit and a grouo was sitting around the firepit when we first arrived and we felt in a fish bowl and had to close th e curtains which meant we didn't get to enjoy the scenery or the natural light. Would have asked to move but because our room was not ready until 4, we went up to Whitefish Mtn and didn't get back until 6.30 pm and felt like too much work to ask to be moved. It is a lovely facility though.......iin a lovely location and staff were very nice

It was clean and efficiently run.

We were placed in a room overlooking a grass verge just off the main road, separated from a zone of trees with a piece of black plastic. That was the "nature reserve" which we got instead of the lake in the hotel's title. The room was acoustically very badly designed. Unless your idea of a romantic getaway includes clearly hearing your partners use of the toilet through the faux-swiss-chalet wooden panel which separated the sleeping area from the bathroom, this one is not for you. Visually, this hotel had all the charm of the hotel in "The Shining", and was about as inviting. I would not go back, nor would I recommend it to friends.

Beautiful setting

For the hefty room rates paid, it was disheartening to have a room that faced the parking lot. For privacy, our curtains had to be closed completely. A number of the electrical outlets did not work. The air conditioning fan was loud and we were not able to control the temperature or the fan.

The staff was incredible. We were greeted with smiles from the moment we walked in the front foyer. The smell from the fireplace was amazing and filled the lobby with warmth and relaxation. Immidiately you feel at home and welome. The rooms are fantastic. The beds are comfortable with duvet comforters, proper pillows, fireplaces, views and large bathrooms. WE LOVED IT! Fireplaces everywhere throughout the lodge with which we would sit by every morning with coffee and watch the deer.

The location directly on Whitefish Lake was beautiful . We especially enjoyed dining on the deck overlooking the lake and mountains. Proximity to town was easy; one can walk and/or bike. The city has a vast network of biking trails . The room was gorgeous, decorated in the lodge style. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful and the food very good and consistent (we were there 3 nights). We will definitely stay there next trip.

Awesome weekend getaway. The room was spacious and the fireplace made it very cozy. We are also big on having a comfortable bed and pillows and I must say we were not disappointed! Looking forward to returning again and next time we will make sure we book the lakeside view as it is quite spectacular!

We went for a bridal by day & a bachelorette by night over night stay at The Lodge... It was Wonderful!! With Wonderful friends!!! Love the free (tip only) drunken cabs at 2am!!!

Fantastic facilities and service. The view and surroundings were excellent.

The size of the rooms was excellent - lots of room - did not feel crowded

Didn't enjoy the cocktails in the bar - sounded good in the explanation but the taste was boring. The fact that you could not get food after 10 P.M. and on a Saturday evening we were asked to leave the bar at midnight even though we were not finished our drinks.

The room is large, clean, and comfortable.

I required a room with lake view, but the hotel did not reserve the room with lake view for us. They even not write me an mail to tell me there is no room with lake view.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Restaurant menu prices seemed high relative to quantity/value...this is coming from someone who lives in NYC.
