The scenery and how it incorporates the surrounding area.

The prices were high but not incomparable to those of the rest of Coronado island.

I actually took my mom for Mother's Day. We had an amazing time. Brando at the pool was super friendly and helpful..

How far it was from our room To the lobby where all the stores are.

The whole atmosphere was excellent the staff and the hotel made it worth my stay. I would stay there everytime I visit there.

Good location. Close to Coronado proper and beaches.

Paying too much for Parking ($25/day). Wireless fees are $13/day per device not per room . That is terrible for a family or even a two cell phone couple. In this age, wireless should be free at all hotels!! Bathroom sink was plugged but fixed fairly quickly . Several electrical outlets were loose in the room . These were reported.

Staff very attentive. Rooms clean and refurbished nicely. Parking area cumbersome burt adequate. facilities very beautiful Entrance is especially inviting.,,.from Orange Avenue,

The gardens are beautifully planted and VERY POORLY maintained! It seems you need a landscaping crew and a large staff of gardeners to maintain your lovely property.

Detail cleaning - desk top and glass dresser top were not wiped off - coffee rings fingerprints etc. left for several days without being cleaned off.

Extremely expensive in room refreshments ($8.00 for bottled water?) room shower was too small and leaked all over bathroom floor when used.

The hotel was gorgeous. We liked that it was isolated. We brought our car so we could drive to Coronado and it was perfect. Silver Strand Beach was very close. The pools were nice and the staff were very friendly.

The price for parking per day was high. The service at the pool was very slow, and they got our food order wrong.

Everything! Yoga was great, drinks were great, food was great, weather was perfect! We did not want to leave!

Location to the beach was excellent. The staff is very accommodating. Facilities are very well maintained.

Cafe and breakfast buffet were not very good. The omlet bar was amazing though. I ordered buffet and from the menu. Both were disappointing. Easter Brunch had only 2 seatings - 12 & 3. As we stayed through Easter, that was something we looked forward to. However, we had to check out of the hotel prior to getting a chance to enjoy the brunch. The Brunch should have been available in the morning to accommodate their travelers who were leaving that day.

I felt like a pampered princess from the moment Dana assisted me with my room adjustment. The presidential suite was a treasure. I will recommend this resort to family and business associates. Thanks!

The staff treated everyone with such respect and went out of the way to be as helpful as they could. They were all fantastic

There were a few issues with the shower, the tub, and the sink leaking all over the bathroom floor when in use.

Great location. Also,I liked the pool area. It was spacious and had facilities for children, families as well as adults.

I didn't like the fact that we were charged daily to use the exercise facilities. Also, the carpets need updating. The current carpeting makes the hotel look old.

Facility out of date for the price of rooms. Water was turned off on March 12 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The quiet and peaceful! No traffic noise, train whistles, passersby. So restful to see the water and city backdrop.

Kids that kept running from room to room slamming the door that was beside our room. After 20 times.....

Cool Area Deluxe Resort

Hard Worn Rooms and Furniture, Carpet Stains, everthing is way overpriced. Water $7, Burger $17, Internet (per device) $13. I'm find it more common that when using any travel site (like booking or hotels), that you end up being treated like a second class citizen, you get the worst rooms available and fairly rude service. For example I asked if they could please waive the internet charge because I was staying for 5 days. Which is their "normal" policy. I was told outright because I used booking.com that they would not even consider it. We tried room service a few times, but the menus in the rooms are wrong (wrong prices, wrong items, wrong descriptions) We were told "sorry" buy that went up by $2 or Bacon is now extra or whatever on each item. When houskeeping forgot to replace the coffee in the room they basically accused us of stealing the coffee to avoid paying for it from the mini bar. I ended up with the flu, I asked if they could deliver some chicken soup (which is on the menu). It is no longer made, sorry. Really, how hard is it heat up some chicken stock. On the day of our checkout at 7:30am housekeeing was "breaking into our room", just to see if we were still there. Our flight was not until 12pm. Checkout time is 11am. Why they heck are they breaking into our room at 7am ?

View, many breakfast options, pillows were amazing, staff is extremely outgoing and genuinely friendly.

Very nice view of the bay. Head of valet is very polite and should be put in charge of the front desks instead. Room service was very prompt and courteous. Bathroom was modern/spacious.

Paid for a king room but was given a double queen room after a ridiculously long check-in procedure. Was told that the bell boy would be sent to our car to help with luggage but watched him just sit around. Called the front desk and was literally hung up on after I asked for a bucket of ice. $25 parking and 21% gratuity automatically added to bill.

The bartender at the hotel bar...not accomadating at all...no coffee for after dinner drinks at 930 and was not interested in doing anything about it

The setting is nice. Like the balcony looking over bay and yachts.

The room was very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was too pricey.

We had a room right off the pool and adult jacuzzi and it was noisy. We will book a garden view next time.
