view of room
Service was excellent Conference facilities and food fantastic Wifi facilities
This is a beautiful, modern hotel located close to everything!!! The staff were sooooo nice, and our room was fabulous!!!! What a view!!! We had delish food and drinks at the restaurant, Banks and Bourbon, and it was exceptional!! The gym, sauna and pool were also very nice, clean, and real treat for weary body's! And, such a good price! I loved Philly, it was our first time there, and we are already planning our next trip back, with more time, and looking forward to staying at the Lowe's Philadelphia again. Thank you for making our mini-vaca such a nice one!!!!
Rooms are exquisite. Staff are very helpful and polite. Beds are so comfortable! Location is perfect. Views from the rooms are phenomenal.
Very comfortable spacious rooms, which are very clean and in good working order. A very professional staff who are friendly and willing to serve the customer's needs.
The new restaurant in the Hotel is a little over priced. The quality of the food is only satisfactory.
Attitude of a member of bar staff. Pool not wide enough for more than 2 people to swim at the same time.
The staff, the location and the great ratio quality/price
Comfortable bed, decent sized room (deluxe king)
Barely any in-room amenities (ie shower cap, soap, etc). Noisy room location next to elevators - you can hear EVERYTHING! Housekeeping comes very early in the morning even though we were checking out that morning. Second round of housekeeping came at 11:30 to ensure that we were leaving the room.
Fantastic customer service!
The only downside to my trip was. I thought I was getting a large tub in my hotel and it was just like what I have at home so that was disappointing.
This hotel has great location, great staff, clean and comfortable rooms and is convenient to theater district. Loved our stay there.
You can tell staff is well trained in customer service...I travel to Philly regularly and don't find excellent customer service pretty much anywhere but here at Loews. They have this right.
There was a huge convention there so getting parking (they only have valet) was a chore and there were massive crowds all the time in the very narrow elevator hall and you had to wait for a long time just to get an elevator to your room. The entrance is not nice and the rooms are really warn with scuffs and smudges all over the walls.
Food was great! Was nice to have a resturant inside the hotel. Gym was great too!! I was able to work out with ease, and no have to look for an outside gym.
Clean and freshly designed room, excellent bed and bathroom. This is a large hotel that frequently holds conferences which was the purpose of my stay. It's centrally located in downtown Philadelphia, with only a 5-10 minute walk south to some great bars and restaurants of the upscale Rittenhouse Square and neighboring areas.
The room rate was $250, but with a few phone calls from the room (within the US) and small order of room service, the bill came to $450. I'm still not sure why it was so expensive and wonder if there wasn't an error on my bill...
Me and my significant other enjoyed ourselves to the highest degree during our stay at Loews. We liked that the hotel was located near a lot of local attractions and dining options.
The service is awesome here!
Phone rang once at 5am.disrupted my sleep.
Location closes to the 13th street station. Room is pretty comfort and large.
The basin's sewage is not good，a little slow.
The location, the staff
the poor quality of the internet connection
Big comfortable room and bed, great location.
The Fire alarm at 1am woke me up. Having flown from Sydney Australia that day, I then had trouble getting back to sleep.
Arrogant front desk team, ignorant housekeeping. Cleaness if the room: extremely poor.
The atmosphere of the hotel was upscale...worth my time
Hotel is located in the middle of the city which means no parking. The room was already expensive enough and then to offer parking for $50 makes u feel like the hotel could have had a little more consideration for your time and money. And for people who need to use a computer for simple access to have to pay for it I have to say I won't be staying here again.
Really good food and room service
Very clean. Staff outstanding
Six elevators, but slow get get one at times
Love the bell hops...very helpful and polite....The room was clean and nice...until we found bedbugs...
We had a scare about bed bugs...they move us to a new room...my daughter look it up and it was a bed bug...head of security called he sent bell hop...to get all of out clothes...He said they would dry clean them this was on a Saturday and that no one was working in dry cleaning...and we should call the front and tell them to bring our clothes back...we had what we wore for the day and pj's. ...This was message security left.. we check out on Tuesday July 22nd...we was check out by our email....and again no Head Staff. ..inquiring about bedbugs security said they would let us know...we did not hear...we are home now ....seal my suitcase in plastic and our clothes...and wash dirty clothes in hot water.....so wondering why...This 4 star hotel...did not follow through...on bed bugs...hoping we did not bring them home...The cost will be unreal....and they did not follow up with us....great location. ...
Very easy check-in and the nicest valet staff I have ever had. The room had a great view with very fantastic furnishings. And the staff and food at the restaurant downstairs was wonderful. They have done a great job at upgrading a beautiful old building into a modern hotel that makes life easy and your trip unforgettable. I will defiantly be staying here next time I'm in philly.
Great views of the city will cost you, but that's just how east cost hotels operate. That being said it's totally worth it.
