The took suite and it was but with faboulse view The location is good near the market in quiet spot in finincial district The staff and facilities were ok The concierge was helpful
The spa facilities were limited .. No swimming pool Very expensive facial and massages .. Their weekend rates are high rated
The receiption and conceirge staff were excellent The door men were helpful and available all times The food is good but limited manu
Deserted Small lobby lounge...not inviting resturaunt and bar (could have been a Howard johnsons or motel ...but pricing was on par with 5 star places like Ritz Carlton). Room was small with awkward layout. Broken elevator made for long wait
The view of SF AND bay was nice. Staff was pleasant.
No a bad experience I just was surprised that the reception, the bar and the brasserie is very small area .
Amazing Service . They know you like if you stay here regularly . spectacular view on city and the Bay Area
One of the elevators was out of order, needed to wait long
Good service, stuff. Good inroom dining, good breakfast. Helped with the kids - promptly installed additional bed and a baby crib, prepared special food for the kids.
I liked everything The staf kindly and competent Wonderfull view Good food Great in San Francisco I will go back certaly
Bed to old and not supportive.
Very nice personal, attitude and how they treated us. We got for example a. Bottle of champagne because we celebrated engagement.
the WiFi bit expensive also the parking
amazing top view of the city
No complimentary WIFI No complimentary bath kit ie toothpaste etc When I asked to borrow an adaptor, I was told I had to buy one Lack of restaurant area- small bar and small restaurant
Bed was so comfortable Views were amazing Good size room Great bathroom
Need more room in small refrigerator for personal stuff, but not a big problem.
Incredibly lovely views of the city and wonderful room service. Very Comfortable room and bed. Bath is beautiful with views from the 47th floor suite. Windows open for fresh air and an exciting sound of the city, but were soundproof otherwise. Very unique touch. Great Drapes for quiet and darkness when needed.
It charges for wifi and car parking
Service and room views were excellent but I thought the decor needed updating especially the bright rust colored marble in the bathroom
We had gorgeous views of both the Bay Bridge and the Golden Gate Bridge from our room on the 47th floor... The sun was setting when we arrived the views were breathtaking!
As always simply the best. Staying at a Mandarin Oriental hotel is like coming home.
Nothing to complain about
Everything was excellent
Few amenities and in unexciting bar. Served food that was cold and didn't apologise . Very expensive for what it was
everything was perfect. one of the best hotels I have stayed at
We loved everything. From the moment we got out of car, we felt welcome by all of the staff. That feeling continued throughout our entire stay. We loved our room, the bed pillows and linens were pure comfort. The view amazing. I loved our bellman, the concierge, everyone.
The hotel does not have a pool, Actually is not a hotel, is very small entrance, only one restaurant, no buffet, no pool, is incredible, They have only ten stores on the upper floor of a building. It is Mandarin only with the name, but the prices are huge for this hotel, it is actually a four star hotel, The cable broke one evening, two employees came to fix it and the solution was that the tv was too hot so we should turn it off for half an hour, incredible.
Enormous waiting time for the elevators
Old facilities for the price Outdated furniture Small lobby bad restaurant
