I loved the hotel. Loved the location; on quiet Park Avenue and not right in the middle of traffic and chaos, but so close to everything. Loved the size of the hotel; smaller. Charming dining room. Charming lounge. Wonderful night club with Michael Feinstein performing. Loved our room, and I am particular and fussy. It was very quiet. Would stay there again in a second. Would like to make reservations for next Christmas, but the hotel is closing for renovations. Thank you for the ease of dealing with Booking.com. This was the first time we have used you. We will use you again, to be sure. You get an "A." The service people were lovely; housekeeping, concierge, front desk, magazine shop; doormen; waiters, etc. Wonderful hotel! The room was lovely; however, it needed renovation badly and the hotel is closing for a year for a total re-do. I didn't like the fact that it takes dogs, and the day before we were to leave, we were bothered by a barking dog; a huge one. It barked loudly on several occasions. Also, after we checked out, I called for a bellman to help with the luggage and no one came, so we had to take our luggage to the cab ourselves; however, the hotel was closing in a couple of days, and this was the only problem we encountered, and it was minor. Everything else except the barking dog was perfect!

The location! a few minutes from central park and shopping. The morning complimentary coffee and newspaper. the bathroom was a bit dated and tight.

Room was large and comfortable, proximity to the park, diners and subway excellent. Elevators being fixed caused delays and for the money they should provide free WiFi to the room... It was available in the lobby / library

La cortesia di tutto il personale. L'efficienza di tutto il personale. La velocita' di risposte alla richiesta di servizi.( Se rvizi in camera, bagagli, ecc.ecc.) Non fanno piu' , come in passato, il ripasso in camera nel pomeriggio.Puliscono solo una volta al giorno.

La localisation en ville (mon principal critère pour ce court séjour) et l'accès aux transports en commun, l 'accueil et l'assistance fournie par le personnel, le confort et la grande taille de la chambre, la kitchenette et sa machine à dosettes - café & thés - offertes et renouvelées, le coffre-fort, le fer à repasser, la qualité des produits d'hygiène, l'agrément du restaurant à qualité et prix convenables et - très important - la WiFi assez performante gratuite dans le hall et la possibilité d'imprimer gratuitement sa carte d'embarquement. Jl Moreuil, avril 2012. La tv (changement de chaînes lent ou défaillant, malgré le changement de télécommandeLes ), le verrou du mini bar trouvé cassé et non réparé malgré 2 rappels et la connexion WiFi payante dans la chambre (environ $15/jour, ridicule vu le prix de la chambre).

セントラルパークでの用事のためにこのホテルを選んだが、地下鉄の駅からもそう遠くなく、パークアベニュー- に面しており交通の便が良い。部屋は静かで清潔。広さもマンハッタンでこの価格帯としては十分。 スタッフの対応が悪い。アジア系の利用者に対し、あからさまな差別をするスタッフが居た。

Sa localisation Personnel prétentieux et peu compétent. Il faudrait du sang neuf. La propreté des chambres laisse à désirer (taches sur la moquette et sur le couvre-lit)

优雅的装饰，宽大的卫生间，足够多的衣帽间。 房间内没有咖啡机，不方便喝热饮，也没有小冰箱。前台对待客人的态度不是太热情。
