We didn't like our room, it was with balcony and perfect view, but very small bathroom and not really clean. And we get upgraded to suite, which was amazing. Staff was really helpful and kind. Room service was excellent and food really tasty.
After changing room everything was perfect.
Location Great gym Staff was extremely attentive
The room was spacious, with a Mirror TV Screen in the Bathroom.
The view from the room.
good environment, good location
bad experience~ for our room, our personal stuff get turned over also our stuff get stolen in this 5 start hotel, we lost cash and two clothes from our luggage, really bad experience, first time to meet this things! In NYC and 5 start hotel, also my friend lost a Givenchy T-shirt in other room.
Size of room Location Bar Lobby
Bathroom can be larger
The doorman gave me a hug when we left CHECK OUT WAS EASY AND FAST ROOM WAS PERFECT WILL RETURN

No ice facility on the floors
The courteous, professional staff! The modern artsy decor Upscale spa and salon Cozy Bar location location location! Near Central Park, shopping, museums and great cafes.
Need a fan in the bathroom; Softer lighting in the bedroom;. Trip hazard on bathroom threshold
Superb room - well appointed, spacious, lots of outlets, comfortable bed, great toiletry articles, attractive bathroom. Sparkling lobby. Great location.
while complimentary, the internet was slow.
No locks on bathroom doors
The location was great and the staff were very professional.
Hotel was pretty clean. One of our rooms was not available when we arrived early (3pm), but overall pretty standard and clean. Located close to Central Park, but far from most tourist attractions. Overall a pretty solid, but unremarkable hotel.
Staff not forthcoming with available benefits - not aware of hotel housecar being available for transport, not aware that turndown is available on request (?!). Fiat service advertised but never available. Room service breakfast mediocre and horribly overpriced ($43 for 2 pieces of toast, 2 teabags and orange juice) When feedback was given to hotel, received the following note from a manager ' I am so shocked and disappointed by your comments! Please accept my most sincere apology. Without a doubt, this is the worst score I have received this year regarding the Regency. We do run very high occupancies in the summer, and with only 2 Fiat’s available, you can imagine they are in high demand. I do hope you will reconsider and contact me personally before your next visit. I’d love the opportunity to make this up to you.Enjoy the remainder of your summer.' - the guy seemed more worried about his feelings than the customer! Would not recommend.
Location-comfort of bed Cleanliness Gym facilities Rooms technologically current After just giving up our apartment in NYC we have now found the best alternative
Wish there was mouthwash
From the second we arrived, the doorman was exceptionally helpful, the bell boy though new was knowledgable and very kind and the concierge was incredibly helpful. The staff was, frankly, perfect. The location and price were unbeatable. I would stay here again next time I'm in NY.
Can't think of anything.
Comfort location Courteous and efficient staff
Flexibility in that I got an upgrade on my room .
That there is no ice maker on the floors
Christian Savaglia was very kind and helpfull. He and the staffs makes us feel at home wich is absolutly comforting. We loved the Loews Regency restaurant and bar. The rénovation is impeccable from the room to the lobby. The concierge, free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel. Two thumbs up..
The bathroom, too small..
Location, renovation, very clean very friendly
The location is unbeatable; the redecorated entrance hall is elegant and comfortable for sitting around; room spacious for NYC. Comfortable bed & good quality toiletry.
Service is adequate yet not outstanding. The staff also seems a bit too eager to shovel guests into taxis.
All details of accommodations were excellent from registration to check out.
Stay too short!
This is a very nice hotel w a great staff. Perfect location for my purposes. Also lucked out w a reasonable rate, by NY standards. One quirk. The bathroom was small and oddly designed. Only 1 plug outlet not close enough to the sink. Little space for personals. But great main room. Thumbs up to the staff. Restaurant (Regency Bar and Grill) expensive. Almost choked on the bill for breakfast, which was delicious none the less.
When I checked in, I was told my room wasn't ready. But before I could make a fuss, the desk clerk escorted me to the bar for a complimentary drink. When he came to tell me my room was ready, I had been upgraded to a grand executive suite for the rate I paid at booking.com. I wished I had booked for more than one night. When I checked out and went to to get a cab, I was given the hotel's courtesy car and driven to Grand Central in style.
I liked everything. And I was a New Yorker for over thirty years. I have high expectations for Manhattan hotels.
Exceptional, Professional staff Clean, Modern look and feel with warmth and traditional hospitality Wonderful lobby actively used by guests The only hotel to ever contact me prior to stay to review special requests We are already looking to book again for our next visit to the city
Not a single complaint throughout our stay
Very clean rooms and general atmosphere. Quiet yet central location. Pet friendly.
There was a miscalculation on the receipt while checking out. Few times of wine and snacks use were billed although we didn't have any. Also the third bed fee was added for all days of stay although it was less. So a careful check is recommended.
