Bed wasnt made when we arrived. Hairdryer was broken.
We stay here when we are in Tucson and are never disappointed. We arrived very early and they not only gave us a room several hours before check in but they also gave us an upgrade
The resort fee. It's costly enough to stay there without the additional daily resort fee fee
Location, views, quality, silly big bath.
This is a premier hotel but even so the on site dining seemed over priced for standard luxury hotel fare. We wanted to experience the local culture so opted to eat out in restaurants in the area. Also $8 for bottled water from Fiji is just wrong on so many levels.
we all liked the pool, the premises, everything!! it was great!!
It was kinda hard to find, but we did! with the help of google map
truly horrid lighting in the rooms using non-dimmable bright-white fluorescents. no warmth whatsoever-- literally and figuratively like the rest of the hotel.
The Location was beautiful.
Bed was bad. People in the hallway were loud all night long and started early in the morning. Room felt dirty.
A fun get away place to play golf, hike in the desert or just sit by the pool. Friendly staff, good food
Amazing blues, brews & bbq brunch. Very quite patio facing mountain, rooms closer to the pool won't feel as secluded. Nice hiking trails & nature paths
Lack of restaurant/ dining options on property and near the property. The adult lap pool was small and due to its design not "hang out by the pool" friendly.
location was pretty.
our room was really far from the parking lot.
Everything was really great, the staff, the rooms, the beautiful pool the view! Live it was so much better than in pictures. I do really recommend.
Great, friendly service. Good food, niche facilities.
Main pool, lap pool, Cascades restaurant - good food. Very comfortable room, though television service sometimes did not work. Upgrade to better view from initial parking lot view. Beautiful hotel that I would recommend to friends and family for future visits.
Rudeness of Flying V restaurant staff - had dinner reservation and they closed the restaurant because I was running late rather than calling my room first. Bellmen and front desk people also can be somewhat rude.
Manager owned the challenge of keeping us as tisfied with room. He moved room to acceptable view room
Original assigned room was of service area, work trailer, and dumpsters. Nothing like rooms expected from web site during booking
Excellent quality bed and linens, very clean. Large rooms. Excellent food. Friendly helpful staff. I am going back next week, that's how good it was.
Great location, pool area
The staff will bend over backwards to make you stay pleasant.
It was very peaceful!!! Our room was very nice, we felt very relaxed during our stay. We will be going back!
Good service. Clean
cleanliness and friendliness of staff
hidden cost with parking pool area too crowded small queen-size beds
Very relaxing environment
Staff restaurant and location
Room had blood stains on carpet and wall and stains all over the floor and it said fridge in room had to ask them bring one up
Beautiful Location. Great place for travelers who are experiencing the Sonoran Desert for the very first time. The walkways and plants/animals identified is very educational.
The hotel had a beautiful cactus garden along the trail where the guests could go explore. I also enjoyed the hotel location with beautiful views from the mountains and the city.
I liked everything. My daughter and I had a really good time over there. I am planning to go back with my husband.
Everything. Peaceful place.
