Comfortable, clean, roomy. Great kitchen. We stayed there two nights. This place is what hotels should be like.
Roomy with easy access to great Brew Pub restaurant and breakfast deli
The hotel could use a parking spot out front to drop off, check in etc, there is parking around but I would like to get into the hotel and get recommendations before committing.
Very convenient, spacious, well appointed.
Couch not very comfortable to sit on in living room, maybe needs some pillows.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great space and love the location. Too bad it was hailing!
Location, space, lay out of room,
The size and configuration of space in the apt was very good, and beds VERY comfortable.
However, the rooms lacked any art, and the living room area needed a coffee table, lamps and at least another chair. The kitchen also was not fully equipped with sufficient plate ware, utensils, pans, etc to make it fully functional. No working stopper for soaking in big tub & shower door system needed to be caulked to the tub to stop water leaking onto floor.
Sttaf very helpfully and kindley
Location Wi fi poor
Everything :) Very comfortable place to stay for a group of people - clean, nice staff, working wifi. I only wish there was more to do around Buffalo :)
- beautiful appartment - 2 separate bedrooms - very clean - fully equipped kitchen - good breakfast included - great price for that good quality
Very spacious loft style apartment with a full kitchen & exposed brick, with separate bedrooms made for a nice change vs a typical hotel room for the same price. Beds were comfortable. Having a fridge & freezer with ice made grocery shopping & stocking our cooler easier. The Pearl St Pub next door had quite decent dining options.
Kitchen had no pots/pans/dishes or cutlery - basic items like this should be provided or at least procurable at the front desk by those who need it (we didn't) Walls are thin - noise levels dependent on whom your neighbours are. This was only a very transient & minor issue. Breakfast was truly abominable - poor quality weak coffee, edible but not fresh bagel (muffins not available when we were there) & fruit of the day was a hard Granny Smith apple...all in the charming ambiance of a dark basement. It's easy enough to find one's own breakfast - don't let this dissuade you from staying here, or from enjoying the delightful food at the Pearl St Pub above ground.
I liked the size of the loft and the fact that we could accommodate a family group. We could all associate together rather than three separate rooms like in a regular hotel.
The sound echos and you couldn't open the closet doors ---they were blocked by the beds
The loft space was huge, with a great kitchen , large bedrooms and living / dining room. Nice bathrooms and quiet environment. Walking distance to the lakefront and downtown. Restaurant steps away.
modern decor nice tv and internet extremely helpful staff clean comfortable beds Pearl Street Brewery just steps away lots of parking on street and in lots that a very close
Seems to be a popular venue for weddings - we experienced some noise at night while trying to sleep One of the windows in the living room whistled loudly because of the wind - disrupted sleep. We fixed it (somewhat) by stuffing a towel into the window frame
Spacious living and sleeping spaces. Nicely designed and decorated. Great attention to small details that made the stay comfortable. Customer service was great - all the staff we met went to great lengths to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well equiped and the standard overall is excellent.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was much larger than we expected. It was the size of a city apartment and had a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, dishwasher, fridge, stove). The bed was extremely comfy and I enjoyed the fireplace in the living room that is turned on with a switch :) Extraordinary value!
Not really an issue but just to let you know, to access the breakfast you must go outside and downstairs in a separate building.
Loved the place. Shame Buffalo rolls up the sidewalks at night and closes down. Beautiful city with incredible architecture. Great brewery next door 'Pearl Street Brewery' Close to all buffalo shopping....better than staying at your run of the mill hotel.
Wifi not the greatest...constantly cut in and out. But this does not impact the rating.....would definitely stay again.
Easy to get to, nice and helpful staff. Quint and nice rooms.
Rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. Very clean accommodations.
The noise of running water at 5am in our bedroom woke us up. Our bedroom was situated near our own bathroom but the noise was coming from the room above us. Running water of a shower sounded like it was right in our own room.
We liked everything about this place. location adjacent Ice Hockey, Baseball and station. Easy access by car Appartment size and qualiy of facilities
Perhaps the walk to breakfast on a rainy day but we didn't have one
Loved the space and the openness of the studio apartment we stayed at. Lots of room for the kids to run around and play.
We loved how spacious our room felt. Would absolutely stay here again! We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, we had our 5 year old and our 2 month old with us.
The suite was great...so nice to have separate rooms...like being at home. We were only there for one night, but the kitchen facilities would be great for an extended stay.
We arrived at 10:30pm...the restaurant/bar next door stopped serving food at 10. There wasn't anything else within walking distance so we had to order pizza. Not much around at night.
The lobby and reception was't much, but we had a large 2 bedroom apartment in a beautifully recycled loft building, central to all historic landmarks. The room was great, very good value, charming exposed brick walls, even a fireplace!
Lobby and entrance, breakfast.
Facilities were awesome, we did not feel like we were in hotel at all. Patrick the clerk was extremely accommodating and made us feel like we were old and dear friends. \We also ;liked that although not all natural the shampoos and soap were closer than most motels to being natural. . I am a distributor of products that are all natural 100% organic. I believe that I could introduce our products at a reasonable rate which would include your logo and business info on the packaging.
the only thing that I did not like was the parking arrangements. I think that $20 was high to park. I think the price should be lowered to $5 to $10.. At the $20 price I believe our vehicle should have been valeted.
Location, huge room, excellent staff
Continental breakfast was less than satisfactory. Ended up spending money anyway on other breakfast items ($5 off regular price).
