The kitchenetts and spaciousness of rooms (not typical in NYC) The fact that it is a smokinh hotel the smell of smoke is embedded in the carpets and walls etc. unpleassant for a non smoker. |

Fabulous large suite. Like having luxury apartment Smell of cigarette smoke permeates entire facility. Apparently hotel has no no smoking rooms |
