The staff was very nice and the room was beautiful. It was very convient to midtown and all the great shopping areas in ny. When I arrived at the hotel everything was great until the cost came up. I was charged $100 more than I was told before I arrived. It was a very busy weekend so nobosy would really help me to correct this problem. |

Square footage of suite felt like my own pied a terre. Great value for the room rate. Great location. Close to Fifth Avenue & Madison. Staff was very helpful and friendly especially Jimmy. Immediate response to our requests. Plenty of closet space for luggage & clothes. Old world charm and graciousness. Great to have two bathrooms. The bed was super king size and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to cook. The whole experience felt was like living at home, warm & wonderful. Would stay again. Telling all my friends about staying there. In the bedroom addition of a double paned window with heavy material drapes/shutters to limit the noise from the street would add to the ambiance of the room. |

The staff is one of the factors that made our stay so nice. Every room is decorated in a different way. Most of them very beuatifull and functinal. If you come with children buy them breakfast (there is a fully equipped kitchen in every room) at a nearby store (there is one on Lexington, 2 minutes walk. |

The Lombardy was even better than expected. From the moment we arrived, we were treated very well. The suite was huge compared to other New York hotel suites. |

The accommodation and personal space in the hotel was excellent, and terrific value for money. The staff were very polite and helpful. Great location too. European style breakfast provided was a bit basic and minimal. Quality of the food did not quite match the accommodation in the hotel, and can be improved. |

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. There were always smiles on the staff's faces and it was a pleasure to be there. I plan to take my 15 year old grand daughter to New York in October and I will definitely book to stay there. The continental breakfast, was just about non existant, there should of been coffee available in the rooms, there was a coffee maker, no ice, no bottled water and there should of been some sort of snack or sandwiches available for sale. |

A good size room, confortable, clean with necessary accessories. Excellent location for visiting N.Y. Close to Central Park. A lot to see at a walking distance from the hotel. Kitchennette in the room. All staff very kind. Garde robe walk-in. Petite cuisine avec petit frigo, petit four, cafetière, vaisselle... Some renovation around the room but after 09:00 am. Was not that bad. |

I liked the wideness of the suites and the location of the hotel nearby the 5th Ave and the central park and few steps from subway station. The resturant was very small that we could not find seats and the food was very limited. |

We were upgraded to a suite, though we only paid for a normal room. The room was attended to several times a day, but the staff was unobtrusive. Our suite was airy and well-decorated. The kitchenette allowed us to eat meals in a couple times. |

The room was decorated very nicely with high quality furniture. There was a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and a marble topped island with two burners on top for cooking. There were dishes and pots and pans available. The bathroom was very nicely appointed with a marble countertop and walk-in shower. |

The position near the most important museums and attractions. The space in the room that was really comfortable. The kitchen in the room very useful to save money for eating. The breakfast was too poor. The washroom was obsolete and there were leak of water from the sink. The cleaning room wasn't very accurate especially for the bath. The room at the 3th floor was noise because of the insulation not very good. |
