La suite très spacieuse, le confort à l'américaine, literie grand luxe, serviettes moelleuses, TV immense, bien aussi pour la kitchenette. Emplacement top près de 5ème Avenue. Propreté impeccable et ce, tous les jours (nous sommes restés une semaine). Bon italien en face. Le staff manque de chaleur même s'ils assurent un service efficace. |

Excellent suite facilities at a reasonable rate - would definately try the Lombardy again No advice that the hotel did not have a bar or restuarant - although this did open in the following week before my second stay. Confusion about being networked rather than a wirelaess LAN. |

I rejected the first two rooms they offered me because they had a backyard view and lots of noise from airconditioning installations ourside -- the receptionists were very understanding and the third room assigned to me was perfect. |

The good decor, the non-invasive housekeeping, Al at the reception (great disposition at all times), the coffee person in the breakfast room, the apartment feel. Not that I can think of. If one is looking for a excellent value for the size and feel of apartments, and the incredible location, this is it. The fact that there is no room service does not count in comparison. This is a serviced apart-hotel. First class. |
