滞在型のホテルでしたが、スイートにUPGRADEしてくれたのもあり、ビジネスで大変使用しやすかったです。場所も非常に便利でありながら、喧騒から離れているため落ち着いたNYステイができました。 ルームサービスがない点。ホテル内の売店が無いため水も外に買いに行かねばならない点。 |

とても良かったが、たとえば朝食がどこにあるかとか、わかりにくい。電話のフロントやベルボーイにかけるところが内線ボタンを押してから、それぞれの係のボタンを押すようになっている。60歳以上の人だとわからないかも。。。 |

場所の良さ、お部屋の広さ・美しさは、今まで沢山のホテルに泊まってきた中でもＢＥＳＴ５に入ります。アメリカンタイプのホテルと違って温かいムードも良かったです。Ｎ．Ｙ．に行ったらまた必ず泊まりたいです。 バスタブに栓がないので（ホテルにお願いしても”ないです”と言われました）ちょっと不便だった。 |

室内ごとにキッチンの設備が異なるので予約時、予め必要な道具や器具をリクエストしておくとある程度取り計らっていただけるようです。炊飯器はありませんが。。。。。 トイレが詰まりやすいので度々メンテナンスを頼むこともありました。 |

We were upgraded upon arrival to a suite. The staff was nice and helpful and the suite was great! The location is fantastic in Midtown and a 5 minutes walk to the subway. |

Beside the correct treatment of the employees,I did not like this hotel at all . Too expensive for what you get . We paid for a luxury room, it was very small , the mini bathroom unconfortable . The breakfast which was included in the rate was awful . I don't recommend this hotel under any circumstance . |

Nice spacious room with microwave, cutlery, large plasma screen television with many channels and extremely comfortable large king size bed. The room did not have a view and the air con could have been cooler. |

Good was the aim to help the guest, even if this guest has odd questions.Help by booking tickets for baseball, theater and ballet was friendly and well informed. No comment. Stay and hotel where good. |

The roomy apartment and good taste of the decor. The staff is definitely great with personal attention and expediency. They resolved just about every problem I had swiftly. I think that if the apartments were decorated in a smaller range of styles, it would be better for everyone, including the staff that goes out of their way if they can to accommodate tastes. This is a self catering place in terms of not having room service, or minibars. That should be made clear to people who book. I don't care but others may. |

We had only booked a room, but when the hotel learned that we were travelling with our 1 year old daughter, we were upgraded an 800 sq. ft. suite free of charge. The hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The location is excellent too! Highly recommeded! |

Couldn't beat the price for what you got! What they didn't say was a continental breakfast was included and a kitchenette was in the very large room. The subway entrance was a bit far away but then again I would have to pay a higher price for that convenience. |

The location was excellent, as was the room. Luxurious and clean and good value. The staff,on the whole, were very good. However we found that the staff behind reception were very off-hand in their manner. |
