Rummets storlek var toppen! Väldigt tyst, blev aldrig störd av något( hade rummet mot gårdssidan). Väldigt vänlig personal.Bra läge, enkelt att ta sig runt i stan. Duschen skulle ha kunnat vara något modernare. Hotellbaren var inte så trevlig, väldigt skränig musik. Passade inte riktigt med hotellets image i övrigt. |

We were upgraded upon arrival to a suite. The staff was nice and helpful and the suite was great! The location is fantastic in Midtown and a 5 minutes walk to the subway. |

Beside the correct treatment of the employees,I did not like this hotel at all . Too expensive for what you get . We paid for a luxury room, it was very small , the mini bathroom unconfortable . The breakfast which was included in the rate was awful . I don't recommend this hotel under any circumstance . |

Nice spacious room with microwave, cutlery, large plasma screen television with many channels and extremely comfortable large king size bed. The room did not have a view and the air con could have been cooler. |

Good was the aim to help the guest, even if this guest has odd questions.Help by booking tickets for baseball, theater and ballet was friendly and well informed. No comment. Stay and hotel where good. |

The roomy apartment and good taste of the decor. The staff is definitely great with personal attention and expediency. They resolved just about every problem I had swiftly. I think that if the apartments were decorated in a smaller range of styles, it would be better for everyone, including the staff that goes out of their way if they can to accommodate tastes. This is a self catering place in terms of not having room service, or minibars. That should be made clear to people who book. I don't care but others may. |

We had only booked a room, but when the hotel learned that we were travelling with our 1 year old daughter, we were upgraded an 800 sq. ft. suite free of charge. The hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The location is excellent too! Highly recommeded! |

Couldn't beat the price for what you got! What they didn't say was a continental breakfast was included and a kitchenette was in the very large room. The subway entrance was a bit far away but then again I would have to pay a higher price for that convenience. |

The location was excellent, as was the room. Luxurious and clean and good value. The staff,on the whole, were very good. However we found that the staff behind reception were very off-hand in their manner. |

Def well worth it. Value for money!! Stayed there for paddys week, excellent location and the rooms are huge with mirrrors everywhere and big tv etc. kitchen was also very handy. would def recommend!!!! Continental breakfast could be a abit better, although it is free so cant be too picky.... |

The room was surprisingly plush, comfortable, and what a lot of space. We enjoyed the darkness of the room at night with the shades drawn but also loved the morning daylight when we lifted the shades. The service at the hotel was unbelievable. Every question answered and every need met. Amazing and wonderful....can't wait to come back. Not one single, solitary thing |
