AAE Lombardy Hotel  

It’s quite near to a clean beach from there, though it`s not a first line hotel.

The door`s lock was broken and jammed sometimes.

I did like nothing in this hotel. The only OK thing is location.

Rooms are dirty, furniture is old and destroyed!!! Do not go there!!!

Staff were friendly

It's dirty and when I booked in at 4pm they gave me a room that wasn't cleaned yet.Was disgusting

they have never clean the room while we are outside.

Our room was close to the street and windows were poor; they let all the noise come into the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; Was there during Miami Boat Show, hotel offers free parking what is a big plus during that time. Public transport is very close by. Breakfast in Cafe is good and reasonable.

Have a fair size room but the TV was very small; Hotel is old but they could dust the blinds and make sure they work proper. Building next door is very brite at night.

Bathroom remodeled, entire room clean and stocked. Definitely better than a chain hotel/motel. If we'd stayed longer, it was a short walk to the beach. Internet worked well. Having a kitchenette was a nice plus. The cafe food was good and well-priced.

Could use new windows for appearance and to keep out street noise. Too bad US budget hotels are so expensive.

Unprofessional staff, we left after 1 night even we had booked for 14 nights no elevator, air condition is like a tractor - not allowing to sleep at night, all in all not very commendable.

I stayed at aa Lombardy from Jan 17-21 2013. The rooms are in pretty bad condition, old, moldy-smelling furniture. Beyond the reception desk, you have the stereotypical cheap motel look. I tried changing rooms, but each was worse. The old and moldy conditions could have been bearable but.... The bed bugs in my room 102! Pretty disgusting stuff. I suspected I was being bitten and spoke to the front desk. The staff seemed surprised but unconcerned. They won't clean the room or change towels unless you request it. The parking as advertised is deceptive. It's actually first-come-first-served in a small area. After 11pm, you're on your own! As an option, they tell you of a parking lot 3 blocks where you can park for free but must be out by 8am or start paying. Too bad that the hotel is in a great location but I guess the owners or management don't see the need to offer clean, reasonable accommodations. Checked out earlier. At your own risk! Even for solo traveling man, not into luxury and stuff, the hotel is not worth the stay. Not my intention to sound mean spirited. Just what a saw and experienced. Xavier, Astoria, ny

Helpful staff, good value for money, confortable room and the coffee shop service is excellent.

Blinds doesn't make the room dark enough during the night

The staff, I got a call in middle of the nigth that I have to move my car, because, the person in charge of the lobbby can not drive,when I check in,nobody told that I have to do that,was terrible,I couldn't back to sleep,when I check out, I have to move cars to get out,I don't recomend this hotel,the service was very poor,

A very nice basic hotel. The place was clean, quiet and hassle-free. The staff was willing and helpful.

In-room safes and wifi in the rooms would move it up a couple of notches.

The location right next to the beach and bus stops is great!

I had a reservation for three nights in a dormroom and upgraded to a single. The lady at the front desk only upgraded me for one night so when I checked out I had another balance of ca. $60 to pay.... She should have upgraded me for my three nights right away.

Comfortable with kitchen area in room. Free parking on the premises. Cafe adjoining hotel for breakfast and lunch. Near bus stop for local transport.

It's a little bit out of South Beach..but not a problem as it's a nice walk or short bus ride.

Matei saudades do tempo que ficava hospedadado no Bel Air... do mar e da facilidade de andar por Miami Beach. O local e excelente e tem todas as facilidades por perto.

Atendentes despreparados, hotel muito velho, mas o principal ponto negativo é o estacionamento, que apesar de free, não tem muitas vagas, sendo que precisa ser deixado a chave na recepção pois quando cheio, fica de 3 a 4 carros enfileirados. Eu mesmo manobrei 2 carros para poder sair com o meu, pois a recepcionista não dirigia.
