Magnifici gli ascensori manuali con "l'uomo dell'ascensore"... chiamare l'ascensore ha un senso particolare... staff ok... posizione ottima, a piedi puoi visitare i più importanti siti della città... stanze sul retro rumorose dovute anche al fatto che confinano con una caserma dei vigili del fuoco.... |

Friendly staff, great location, nicely appointed room (bedding, etc) with quiet location stained carpet in room (though vacuumed clean, of course), noisy air-conditioning, getting ice requires room service |

The room was clean and lovely. The staff were friendly and accomidating. The location was excellent - quiet and close to resturaunts. The only convience store within a 5 minute walk to the hotel closed at 7. |

It is an historic building, very well placed. They have a good breakfast. They could have a better cleaning staff and the air conditioning could be less noisy. |

I found the staff extremely polite. The location was perfect for sightseeing. I really enjoyed the comfort of the beds, the kitchenette, the a/c., everythin. We would definiteky stay there again, and we will recommed the Hotel to all of our friends. |

The size of the room, the bed, the bathroom. The bedding and the Bath and Bodyworks toiletries. Proximity to White House and to Metro stations. Every time we returned to our room in the evening the cleaner had left the lights on. Very wasteful of energy. The lift men and the restaurant staff were very friendly but the woman at reception was rather surly. |
