Hotel is beautiful We only come to California when necessary, this case a funeral. Why? Paying over 17.00 dollars a night room Tax and so called city tax over 5.00 dollars. Keep putting money in their pockets Californians. Gas prices through the roof!!!!!!!

1- the A/c not cooling. 2- the safe box was locked, and the staff failed to open it and took an hour till they replace it. 3- the Water "tap water" and shower water is not clean, its white. 4- the bed when you lay on it, it start iteching. 5- we requested a bath towels, it took us a 3 calls to reception & they brought it after an hour !!.

The room was nice and roomy, comfortable. Apparently there was a flood on the 6th floor because there were blowers up and down the hall that were very noisy. Luckily we were only staying one night. It was annoying and the staff did not let us know that there was all that noise going on.

Close to airport, but well sound-proofed so I was not aware of plane noise.Good location for shops, stores and airport Food about average for a chain hotel - staff very helpful
