マンハッタンではないが、立地が良く、どこにでも動きやすい。

ホテル周りの治安が悪いわけではないが、人が少なくて不気味。

最寄りの地下鉄駅まで徒歩７分。そこからマンハッタンまで１５〜２０分程と近距離。また最寄駅はＪＦＫ空港- からマンハッタンまでは乗換一度で、およそ４５分程。ホテルは新築のようで大変清潔で快適。掃除も行き届い- ています。 It take about 7m to the nearest station and 20m to Manhattan from that station. Moreover it take about 45m from JFK Airport. The hotel is new,clean and comfortable.

Love the restaurant. The staff running the restaurant were the best. The made our trip. Food was off the chain great.

It's very close to the subway station just 5 minutes walk if you want to walk. However, the hotel provide shuttle to drop you off at the station and as well pick you up. I felt I'm home... I'll book this hotel again and again.

I liked the room, although the view of the city was obstructed by a big building across the street but view of the Queensboro bridge was nice. Room was roomy and bed very comfortable.

Our room service or new towels, when we requested towels they brought us floor mats instead. Staff needs to be more alert as to where supplies are. Also there was no terrace cafe as pictured in the website.

Love this hotel. Good staff, clean room and good location. I will stay next time here.

Good location - only 5 minutes to subway, brand-new building, free wi- fi, staff was friendly.

Housekeeping was not agressive clean, small room, it was quite cold in the bathroom.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing, three in particular. Front desk agent who checked us in, staff memeber who pointed is in the right direction dropped us off right outside nypd in search of our friend and front desk agent who helped locate a driver willing to take us to Middletown. Location is awesome subway not far, the complimentary shuttle service is a bonus.

Showers take a little while to heat. Also room was alot smaller than what I was expecting.

i really enjoyed the comfort at this hotel most of all.

Everything is great! I love the tidiness, love the bed, location is great, shuttle bus is great! I will choose this hotel next time here! I went to the wrong subway station which is called 23 st in Manhattan, which is similar to Court Sq 23 st. But that's my fault.

Comfortable rooms with good facilities - enjoyed the coffeemaker in the room.

Nothing really - the shower mechanism was just a bit awkward - spraying out cold water and then one had to crouch around the cold water in order to turn the shower dial to hot water!

The location is ideal for city trip in NY. Affordable price and convenient Metro connection. Surprised by the amazing city view.

the hotel was close to subway and in a quite area. The room was big, clean and warm.

For this price of the room it would be nice if they would offer breakfast. It's not a cheap hotel.

The hotel was very convenient to get into the city, and also see our friends that live in Long Island City. The area was safe to walk around, with plenty of good local restaurants to eat at.
