We just happened to stay on a Tuesday night- loved "Taco Tuesday" and had an absolute blast at the wonderful chickee bar. Danced the night away to wonderful live local musicians- open mike night! Sure are a lot of talented musicians around here! We were bicycling to Key West and this place was one of the highlights of our trip! Great breakfast at the chickee too! Plus full dive center for scuba divers!

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this great place.

Easy to find, very well maintained and clean, nice views. Has one of the most popular bars in the area on the property.

Definitely not budget friendly + didn't like the mosquitos either or the noise from the bar!

We actually didn’t like much in this so called 2-star-hotel.

Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were acceptable, the rest was a real catastrophe! This ‘hotel’ is never ever worth the price we paid. We came to terms with the moderate furnishings and tried to keep calm concerning the location of our room (nr. 10) right opposite the Tiki-Bar and next to the toilets and the washing machines, therefore went to the bar and had some drinks until half past 12. But when we went to bed, the noise was only negligibly less than before. However, the worst thing still followed at 5 am in the morning, when die bar staff decided to do their clearing work right in front of our room and meanwhile talking and laughing in a loud voice. A bit later the washing machines started making noise and it wasn’t even possible to close the doors and windows of our room properly (perhaps the hotel is in favor of natural air conditioning). Certainly the location of our room was the worst possible and it was a Friday night, but all the neighboring rooms must have been affected similarly; that’s why we really can’t understand the partly very good ratings here. And by the way, the Wifi didn’t work properly and when checking in, we were welcomed by a one-eyed pit bull, that seemed to be very interested in us.

It was a very nice place to stay, was surprised how nice it was. The bar tenders and waitresses were so very friendly and fun. Will stay there again and go out on the boat. The breakfast was over the top in flavor and price.

Had a room next to a bar, there were music until 12:30. Beds were terrible, made lot´s of noise while turning. Very uncomfortable. Lady at the front desk was very rude when I wanted to discuss about the horrible night at the motel.

Price. Plentiful supply of ice.

Excessive late-night noise from bar. No staff available at check-in except bar waitresses. Doors and door locks provide inadequate security. Rear jalosy windows would not close.

The beds were not the best, seemed to have a cover that was very noisy, crackly and annoying.

Great place for a great price. Veiw of the boat canal out back,staff and tiki bar were great and fair priced all around. Highly recommend. Large clean rooms and a shower a girl can shave her legs in! Only 30 min N of Key West.

Simple, very basic, clean place with friendly staff. Great value!

Front desk was wonderful as was the bar staff. Great place to party!

Cleanliness of the room was questionable. Staff left a cleaning bottle and paper towels on top of the TV stand. Floor was really dirty, wouldn't want to walk barefoot. No shampoo or conditioner in the room, but gas station next door has all sorts of stuff. I would only recommend if they can't afford a nicer place. I just stayed there because if was within walking distance to my daughter's.

My husband and I went to the Keys to start looking at location and real estate of where at in the Keys to buy. The resort's location was ideal. The staff and rooms were excellent and the Tiki bar was awesome. Stacy
