Los Abrigados Resort and Spa    

The grounds were the best part with a river/creek running along side of it and close to a great little breakfast place, ice cream place and boutiques just a couple of mitues by foot.

Too much noise coming from unit above.

Staff was rude...jacuzzi was out of service. Electric outlets were broken in room. We were charged for resort fee's and there werent working amenities!

Very close to down town Sedona. A few too many rules, ie. no towels on the balcony railings, but overall a beautiful resort.

It's not a hotel!! I paid as a hotel and I didn't receive a hotel service! My room was never cleaned and the price per night was not less than any other hotel price!!

Very friendly. took great interest in making sure our visit went well. very helpful staff.

Time share presentation. too agressive sales pitch.

access to golf driving range rooms were wonderful; like a quaint village with all the amenities you could imagine wonderful walking trails

Location to shopping

Old rooms, old and small TV's. no Internet in room. Decor not up to date. Bed looked like it was a old headboard from a waterbed. A bit pricy for staying in an outdated facility. Whole property needs an updating

2 bedroom suite was spacious, nice balcony. Location was great. One of the best putt putts. My boys loved the xbox room and ability to check out movies.

No wifi in the rooms, and spotty wifi in the general areas.

When the 2 beds room I requested was not available, we were upgraded to a lovely 2 bedroom unit

According to the website, the pool deck was closed for renos.

The staff and the room was very nice and large.

Honestly the tolet paper & paper towels were too thin. That is the ONLY thing otherwise all was well.

the paths were poorly lite in the evening, and the rain / snow made then walks, steps and other walkways very slippery. The rooms were basic at best.. a look of the 70's redone. there were two couples and we weren't put togehter although we booked under the same reservation. No food choice for breakfast.

Staff and accommodations were excellent

The sales presentation, after 90 minutes turned into 2 hours and the last Guy told me to be quite so he could get us out of there......rude!!! The first two were good and hospitable but the last one almost got told off.

Room was tired looking. Desperate need of updating.

Sedona is a place I visit often - love the place

The noise in my room - there were people in the room above me and at times sounded like they were moving furniture..and dancing.

Location adjacent to galleries , restaurants etc.

The Location

The pool was unavailable, we were put in a handicap room, subjected to noise all night, our parking spot was used by someone else, the staff was rude, no maid service, and absolutely no attempt at recovery when we brought our problems to them...a horrible place!!

Staff, location, spa, Marguarita pizza, hiking in great location

Plumbing facilities, no nearby co-ed hot tub

I would have been nice to have dvd player in bedroom.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Pool was closed for renos but it was too cold anyways.

The staff was amazingly helpful!!! everyone was friendly and extra accomodating!!!

While I was there they were doing construction on pool but once that is done I can only imagine how much better the resort will be!

The room was very small - just enough room for the bed to fit. No housekeeping services while we stayed there. The walls seemed paper thin as I could hear things such as the tv, bathroom fan and general conversation coming from the unit next to us

Location. Was not familiar with the resort and amenities. For one night only was not able to take advantage of them.

Noisy and we were one of few rooms occupied. Plumbing next to ours was so loud and I couldn't shut the bathroom door so it was particularly bad and occurred after I was trying to sleep. In a place so unoccupied thus time of year, it would have been thoughtful if we were separated st least by one unit between us.
