The quiet location.
The tile floors. The shower head. The shower valve.
Having the kitchen fully equipped with top of the line appliances! Park like setting!
No cleaning services for four days I was there 8 nights cleaned only once! Didn't like that!
Sedona is one of my favorite places. the resort was centrally located and had very nice grounds and was next to a very popular shopping area. NOT RESORT RELATED We also want to mention Earth Wisdom Jeep tours great experience we did a 1/2 wisdom 1/2 off road tour at sunset we found a livingsocial coupon before we came fun fun fun....ask for Kevin he was great and even played a little flute for us.
Luckily I called the Sunday before to ask a question and found that they didn't have our reservation. I called Bookings.com and they did take care of the issue quickly, Although I made this reservation in the middle of June but we did not get the bedrooms we asked for 1 room with a king and the other with 2 queens and a pullout in the living room. Our party was 4 single women who really didn't want to sleep together....NEEDLESS TO SAY WE DID NOT GET THAT>>>>>The manager Arland promised to compensate us for the inconvenience and trouble when I was on the phone with him but on arrival we got nothing. He was rude and I felt he was disrespectful and treated us poorly. the front desk also could not keep things straight even after we checked in, when another person from are party checked in later on Friday evening, again said they could not find the reservation. I will say that Jeff on the front desk made an effort and talked to a general manager who late Saturday evening brought us a inexpensive bottle of wine and cheese and crackers take out box.....We had already had dinner and were leaving in the morning so the timing was really off. There are many beautiful locations in Sedona we could have chosen. We picked this for the bedroom layout so I doubt I will ever stay there again. also I notice that the stairs to our room were not swept there were cobwebs and leaves in all the corners
The suite was roomy. The mini kitchen had everything you would need for "home" cooking.
The bathroom is small. One side of the bed was too close to the wall.
Location, Pool and spa, well kept grounds
coffee pot leaked - they gave me a new one
Great location, walking distance to shops and dining. Spacious well equipped one bedroom unit. Two restaurants on site were both good.
Scheduled housekeeping did not happen, towels were removed and trash emptied, nothing else. Had to call to have towels replaced. Nowhere on site or walking distance to get breakfast before 8 am.
Our room was quiet.
Our room was very small--no place to put your suitcase or makeup bag. We found a cockroach just as we were going to bed and were freaked out that there might be bed bugs but we did not find any. There were signs all over about not wasting things and making sure you didn't steal the towels. This made me feel that they serve a low class of people.
Resort atmosphere in great location
nice resort. great location near sedona's tourist section. nice setting along the river with hiking nearby. next to very nice shopping and dining.
because the resort allows pets there was always a dog barking at us when we walked out. we sat on our balcony one night and a dog was barking in somebodies unit for over an hour. this ruined an otherwise pleasant night. this is the soul reason I would not return or recommend this resort.
More than anything we loved the personal touch of the staff. Made our honeymoon very special.
That we could not smoke anywhere near our room
location and amenities
Beautiful rooms, very pleasant staff
No resort store. had to drive several miles to get bottled water
The location and outside grounds are great. But the rooms are smelly and old. Need to update rooms!
Spa too distant and a t another building.
Like the rooms and the pool. Nice to walk down by the creek.
Requested a specific building that I prefer. Have stayed at this hotel many times. Desk clerk did not want to be accommodating until I explained how many times I'd stayed there. Only rude employee I've encountered over the years
Loved it all!
Beautiful place, very quiet, peaceful, excellent staff/security, luxurious accommodations. I would recommend to all.
There was a $15 facility charge that was not shown in the price. I think the charge could have been included in the advertised price.
The property was beautiful. The variety of activities for the whole family provided fun family time and individual relaxation. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. We loved the large size outdoor chess set.
We found a sock from the previous guest under the dresser. Kind of funny. The pool side bar closed to early especially on movie night.
space and clean. the concierge was very well informed. Front desk, nice attention.
dont recall. maybe the hr to leave the hotel could be more flexible. Instead of 10am could be Noon.
The staff was rude and uncaring. The booked me an elderly woman in the back next to an open field and highway where I was scared to walk out the door after dark. They tried to bill me twice for the week and I kept telling them I had already paid and they refused to look at my credit card statement. I will never stay there again. The unit was outdated with furniture in the bedroom from the 70's the bathroom was old, outdated and very discusting. The unit had spiders and was not clean. It ruined my vacation.
great staff; lots of engagement with guests
rooms are a bit shabby; lots of debris on exterior steps and second-floor walkways
Location, and arounds
The suites were large
The rooms are very dark with little natural light. One door to balcony for fresh air but no screen allowing for creatures and bugs to come in. Felt like I was in a cave
front desk service was poor for a upscale facility
The hotel was very clean and located in a busy part of sedona.
There was a lack of hotel service because we are A younger couple.
