This was an excellent choice for us. This was our first time in Sedona and the staff was extremely helpful in providing suggestions and even special local discounts.
It was centrally located, but didn't have a view. That was okay with us since we weren't in the room much. Also, the "kitchen" was simply a microwave and some silverware so we didn't use it. It didn't have the capacity to "cook" in.
Staff not helpful, some were rude. Leaves all over pool area and in pool. Outside grill placed in area with no lights and not working. Furniture in room needing repairs. Was upset about not having the option to opt out of $15/day fee for fitness room/sauna sports court, which I did not use during my 2 week stay.
It took forever to check in. We stayed with another couple, so requested a 2 room suite that had one bedroom with a king and the other with a queen. Instead was given one king and two twins,
The amenities in the room. How quiet the resort was. How central it is to all Sedona activities.
Check in took forever. Two ladies talking to us at once. Couldn't understand why we had to check out at 10 but couldn't check in until 4. First room wasn't what we had confirmed - 2 double beds. So we had to wait again to get the room we paid for. Went to new room and housekeeping was still working on it. Only knew check out was 10 because heard it in the fitness room. We phoned to front desk to confirm it and had to hustle to get out in time.
Delicious vegetarian options on the menu, try the grilled portobello mushroom sandwich! Not even too chewy. Salt water pool with a perfectly heated jacuzzi to match, even open till 11pm was a nice "adult" time.
Sort of a hike from outer bungalows to the adult pool area... unless you like the quiet, since the kids pool was cold and vacant, shame it was closed.
Building structure very nice and staff was fantastic!
Felt like home after a long trip. We could cook meals, and had separate bedroom. Best pool (warm salt water)and hot tub ever.Sedona already beautiful, this only added to the feeling.
Pretty location, centrally located and beautiful grounds.
size of our room
Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, lovely location.
Restaurant was okay; one not open; more choices would be good. Sofa bed was unmade and very hard to sleep on.
No space only two towels very slippery bathroom and no mat for floor. And ants in the bed. Manager Erin was very accomadating and had us moved , to a wonderful room in newer section.
The staff was very accommodating and while the spa was pricey, the massage we scheduled was excellent.
There were constant offers to tell us about their membership opportunities and sell us on that.
Location Food Quality Staff Availability
Booked Double Room, got king size with roll away. Requested lower floor, got second floor. Check in is very late, 4pm, check out is 10am, weren't able to accomodate 11am free of charge, paid $50. Room not cleaned daily, they said they do it every 5 days unless requested by guest. Bar closes on Monday and Tuesday. Matress quality very poor.
We didn't know that we would be charged an additional resort fee for things we didn't do. This turned out to be a more expensive vacation than we had planned for.
Location OK, Reception impressive, River Walk, Beside shopping centre and restaurant, Rooms large.
The rooms were somewhat dissapointing for 150 dollars a night.
Great location. Near the town of Sedona and attractions we wanted to visit. Great bar and restaurant. Spa was adequate
Facility is in need to refurbishment.
I loved the attention to detail, and the gift wine for my friends birthday. The property, location and amenities made the experience that much nicer.
That restaurants closed so early on the weekend.
Location and ambiance.
They only allow members to bring pets, and they have limited spa services during the week. It was a very busy week, since it was fall break, and their main pool was closed for a cosmetic repair.
Grounds, fitness and pool area excellent. Staff very accomodating and friendly. Location very convenient and central to all we wanted to do and see . We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful property and accommodations in a very central Sedona location. Updated room was a nice surprise. The fitness center and classes were an added bonus! Highly recommend and good value.
overall place was great. most of staff were very friendly.
pool water ice cold sauna didn't really work charged for tour but no tour but still charged---not informed until time to go for tour
The stairs and not a good view from the balcony The towels were hidden underneath. I didn't like that we were place at the Inn and not the resort side.
The quiet location.
The tile floors. The shower head. The shower valve.
Having the kitchen fully equipped with top of the line appliances! Park like setting!
No cleaning services for four days I was there 8 nights cleaned only once! Didn't like that!
Sedona is one of my favorite places. the resort was centrally located and had very nice grounds and was next to a very popular shopping area. NOT RESORT RELATED We also want to mention Earth Wisdom Jeep tours great experience we did a 1/2 wisdom 1/2 off road tour at sunset we found a livingsocial coupon before we came fun fun fun....ask for Kevin he was great and even played a little flute for us.
Luckily I called the Sunday before to ask a question and found that they didn't have our reservation. I called Bookings.com and they did take care of the issue quickly, Although I made this reservation in the middle of June but we did not get the bedrooms we asked for 1 room with a king and the other with 2 queens and a pullout in the living room. Our party was 4 single women who really didn't want to sleep together....NEEDLESS TO SAY WE DID NOT GET THAT>>>>>The manager Arland promised to compensate us for the inconvenience and trouble when I was on the phone with him but on arrival we got nothing. He was rude and I felt he was disrespectful and treated us poorly. the front desk also could not keep things straight even after we checked in, when another person from are party checked in later on Friday evening, again said they could not find the reservation. I will say that Jeff on the front desk made an effort and talked to a general manager who late Saturday evening brought us a inexpensive bottle of wine and cheese and crackers take out box.....We had already had dinner and were leaving in the morning so the timing was really off. There are many beautiful locations in Sedona we could have chosen. We picked this for the bedroom layout so I doubt I will ever stay there again. also I notice that the stairs to our room were not swept there were cobwebs and leaves in all the corners
