Good price, pool, bar, pool tables, restaurant on site, secure parking.
You get what you pay for, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs.
i had no reason for a bar in my refrigerator so therefore I hated the $35 deposit.
We were greeted by cockroaches in the room and nesting materials didn't even stay there wouldn't give my money back not happy at all bathroom was filthy the staff not helpful
Feels a bit David lynch which can be cool for LA. It's 3 hotels mixed into 1 so they spread the reviews. It also has a youth hostel so it's a mixed crowd. You get what you pay for
I loved the staff they were friendly and very helpful they had a real good sense of humor and made the stay a little bite more comfortable for me
I hated the decorations of the rooms they our so old fashioned it seems like some furniture that my grandmother would have back in the 80s other then that it was an OK stay the just need to remodel their rooms that's all and fix the cable channels on the TV and add extra tvs in both the rooms instead of one.
Melissa the bartender was extremely friendly and courteous
Horrible neighborhood. Reception staff were surely. Parking is very difficult. Free breakfast consisted of a muffin and coffee.
The price was good and overall I did not have a problem with this hotel. The staff is available 24/7. You can get a free shuttle from/to airport if you need it.
The hotel is worn out. The place feels quite shady, parking is tight and breakfast is a muffin with coffee.
It's not possible to close the windows, so it really loud at night. Wi-Fi was mostly unusable or was not working. For breakfast you get just a cup of coffee or tee with just one muffin. The neighbourhood around the motel is relay bad. You don't want to walk around at night there. Even during the day, every day we saw police arresting or searching people on the road.
A roof over my head
It's not that I expected my experience here to match my experience at the Ritz, but a little rules to follow & security would be nice. Marijuana everywhere, screaming customers threatening to call reinforcements to come cause harm to others...not my cup of tea! There was no one to clean the tables out by the pool after people had dinner, beers or cigarettes. I know this because the plates and empty bottles would still be there the next morning. :-(
it is close to airport, that all!!!
free champagne was equal to disrespect of the staff for giving the coupon and mistreatment of the bar tender as if you have bagged for such a thing ,which I could not careless. muffin was not either available and if it was ready ,was like a rock which did not worth having it. Could not sleep at night because other guest were talking and laughing and fighting by my window ,which was really disturbing.Nobody cared how noisy it was at 2-5 am around my room. The room carpet was so fitly th chain of the door was taken off, there was a big hole on door ( inside & outside) , probably somebody had fight and broke the door and it lock chain. still nobody cared to fix them. The lamp was broken and toilet was stocked ,I informed the night shift at 7 pm she said ,the maintenance next morning will fix it. next morning nobody showed up , so I went to desk again and the lady said the maintenance guy has not clocked in yet ( 10 am). I went around and saw a man with a tool in hand , so guessed he must be the maintenance man and he came and fixed the lamp and toilet So I went to desk to report at the maintenance man is there and did not clocked in yet!!!!!!! I think the personnel not only are rude and humiliate the guest for a champagne coupon , but they are ignorant about their own internment.
Location, Shuttle drivers and WIFI
Receiption people so rude, dirty. Room floor dirty. Towels dirty. Weird smell of water.
Towels were dirty Sheets dirty it looks like they jst made bed Room dirty Need a bigger parking lot Found spider & insect
Dont go there !!!
Never never go there !! Worst night ever i prefer to sleep in the airport !!!
Good staff Excellent airport transfers
In need of renovation some rooms have been done over but mine was not one of them and I was disappointed with it Cannot comment on food didn't eat there
They lacked parking room. I was unable to even park my car while attempting to sign in. They wanted me to give them my car keys so they could move it all night. This reservation was cancelled by the hotel. They did not have any rooms. Suitable for a 20 y.o.backpacking,with no car. They seemed to offer a lot of tours and rides to them.
Some of staff were noce.bed was comfy and i like the location..
The day shift manager needs to learn how to talk to customers nicely. Not like we are at the prison..
The complimentary muffins and coffee were fresh and delicious
Time frame for the free Buffett with purchase of a drink was around 6:30-7 as well as the free glass of champagne...
I love the fun and happy feel the place has its the staff is very out going but dont make them mad they have no problem laying the law! Overall love that place
- closed to airport. - near to super market - Swimming pool - Suites
- Very bad connection of internet. - Ants in everywhere - Noises from Air plan sounds. - Poor breakfast. - Bad smell from carpet. - Parking is limited. ....etc.
Unfriendly hotel workers. Never got deposit back!
Everything. It's definitely not for families. The place was run downed windows broken. Bathroom soap holder broken & very sharp. I'd never recommend this hotel. Maybe ok for young backpackers but definitely wasn't good for us.
Has a bedroom with hall. Good for low budget. Closed to airport , Centinela hospital, restaurant and many shops.
-Bad smell from carpet. -Noises from Air plan sounds as you are near from airport. - the presence of Ants and flying Insects. - poor Internet connection.
I enjoy this place. The staff are very helpful and the hotel itself makes my stay very comfortable.
We had been traveling as a family in Asia for 6 months and stayed here on our way home. The hotel was much more expensive than Asia, but it's Los Angeles, so that is to be expected. The suites were spacious and the beds were plush. Everything was clean and there were no smells (as I had worried about due to other reviews). The shuttle picked us up within ten minutes of us calling from the free call station in the airport. The staff were prompt and friendly and the room was quite comfortable. We met some other travelers who had just arrived from Chile to study at a nearby university. The freshly baked blueberry muffins hit the spot in the morning! Our stay was too short to enjoy the pool (Open 7am - 10pm) but it looked inviting. They had delicious hotdogs available for about $3 or restaurant meals for around $10. Popcorn was free! We received our wakeup call in the morning. Checkout was a breeze and the shuttle was prompt in taking us back to the airport. Couldn't ask for more!
I really have no complaints. The only thing negative I could say is that the area seemed a tiny bit sketchy. But we needed to be near the airport, so that was necessary. The only real evidence of this is that there was a man lingering out front while we were waiting for the shuttle in the morning. The manager asked him to leave, but he didn't. The manager quickly called police to escort him off the property. We decided to wait for the shuttle inside the lobby because of the man, who seemed a little confused about where he was. The shuttle arrived just minutes later. I would guess that the area is not the best, but felt really good that the management of the hotel was advocating the safety of the guests and taking prompt action.
