Very helpful staff and great facilities pool in particular was good. I pre-booked and paid for breakfast but was not provided vouchers so did cause an issue but was satisfactorily resolved.

My husband has a wonderful story and experience in Marriott 35 years ago. Since then Marriott is his (and mine) favorit hotel, we have used it a lot everywhere and now we have a lots of points which we are looking forward to use for a cruise

Oh the bedding.. the most relaxing staff in a hotel in a long time... awesome Have to pay for wifi in our room. I think hotels need to get with the times and offer this complimentary

Even though I didn't book directly through them they were phenomenal in every aspect especially when issues arouse in which they had nothing to do with but booking.com was responsible for; which was there is a daily parking fee of $27.50 per car which booking.com failed to post on their website when choosing this hotel. There was this one clerk on the front desk on our first night there I think her name was Julienne or Juliette Sanchez and when I had asked about a credit that another employee had given me and she came across like she didn't believe what I was saying she came across very condescending. Too bad because everyone else was great; she definitively does not belong in the front desk she will hurt their reputation.

Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet had a offered variety and was pretty good. It included in the price of the room for a discount. There is a temporary fitness center, and 3 restaurants. The fire alarm went off one evening, but the message over the loud speaker was so ambivalent and nonchalant: awrhinf about "sorry for the inconvenience...we are investigating the cause of the alarm. People were standing in the hallway wondering what was going on when it went off again. This time no one moved, and there was no message from the loudspeaker. The in room heater blew really loud, and there was no vent in the bathroom.

There was a problem with my room's door ( it was coming off the hinge). However, the facilities engineer came within 10 minutes of my call and quickly place me in another room just as nice. They offer to move my luggage and provide my room with Internet for the inconvenience of the move. Quick, polite, and friendly was my experience with the service when I needed help. It made me feel much more at ease. Thank you Marvin! Not enough help in the restaurants. Food was good but lack of enough servers made for long waits

Very noisy air conditioning system in the room. The restaurant downstairs served pretty poor food, salmon with mashed potatoe...?...neither sauce nor any decoration at all, the steak my wife had ordered was black and overdone

The location of this hotel is close to the airport. It's convenient. Your staff (Rayes- chinese guy)at counter check in is very unhelpful. 1. We requested for 2 rooms that's can go through but he gave us wrong rooms for 2 times. first, we walked back to change room and we ask him to make sure both rooms are correct. He told us "It should be " but we went back to check room again,It's still incorrect.He supposed to give us room no.175 and 177 which can go through together. but he gave us room no.177 and 179 which couldn't go through.This is the second time of changing room that we requested. It's very suck. 2. He didn't explain how we can use self-parking. Just told us that about charging the money. He didn't even explain that we have to use room card to get in for parking . 3. After we knew about using room card for self-parking. We wanted to go out but when we used the card ,It didn't work. We can't get out. My friend had to walk back and talk to staff and take him to go to parking to solve this problem. It's very bad service here. 4. The room is very small especially restroom.

The pool area and facilities were fantastic. Incuding the laundry and gym. Everyone was helpful and nice to talk to. The restaurants were very very expensive, the service was terrible. There was no where of a reasonable price to eat. Each meal for 6 people cost over $150.00 each time. No cheaper options were made available to us. The service was not family friendly. It was more for business people than a family. Not impressed at all with the restaurants in the hotel. Families have the right for good service at reasonable prices in desent hotels. Not everything needs to be so highly priced to be great!

Its location is convenient. Even it is next to airport, during our holiday in Los Angeles and we can reached everwhere easily by car. It has a starbucks in it.

Rosa who works in the restaurant is fabulous. She's the best part of our stay. She's been working there 23 years and is friendly and helpful, and always has a smile. She's truly great. If you happen to have to stay there, ask for Rosa. She'll take care of you! The gym was pretty good too. They have plenty of machines and CV equipment. They could do with more free weights, but they did have quite a bit more than most hotels. 8/10 for the gym. Starbucks was a joke. It took over 15 minutes to get a coffee. We had an event there, and the staff we sooooo slow, it was unbelievable. It took 11 minutes to get served, and another 5 for it to be made. People went to the Sheraton next door to get their coffee (7 minutes walk), and they got coffee quicker than us! The free WiFi is also a mess. If there were more than 4 people on it, you couldn't get anything. It would get so slow that it was a waste of time. I had to wait til I was awake at 2 or 3 am (jetlag) so I could get online quick enough to do anything. Also during the event, we had to move rooms because there was a leek from the ceiling. The following day, we had yet another leak coming from the ceiling in the other room we went into. We later found out it was because the sink overflowed in Starbucks, and this caused both the leaks on us! The Manager admitted that the building is old and that they're renovating it. They need to make it quicker as I wouldn't stay there again.
