Requires at least a little repair

Umazana soba, smrad v sobi, se hujsi smrad v kopalnici. Iz ventilatorjev stropa v kopalnici pihal smrdljiv prah, wc skoljka polna iztrebkov,...... Edina priblizno pozitivna stvar je lokacija hotela. Od vstopa v recepcijo, kaj sele v sobo, pa ena velika katastrofa!!!!

The location, price and staff were all good

This hotel is very tired, the decor is dreadful. The rooms are not at all comfortable and not very clean, as a result, it smells very musty and it's not a nice place to spend any time. If you are a very budget concious traveller and don't mind taking a shower in an unclean bathroom then it's an ok place

Poor dirty room with roaches

Location, location, location. It is centrally located to anywhere you want to go in the la area. Sheets seemed clean.

There's a hidden vat tax at booking.com, so the total you see after booking is not the total you pay. Everything is old and needs updating. The bathroom smelled like stale urine. It smelled like the bathrooms in third world countries. Paint chipping off the walls. Mold in shower area.

Ish and Ifa were very, very supportive and kind. My deep thanks to them. Room is spacious. Location is good. Price is convenient.

Facilities are poorly maintained. Room cleanliness lacked. In-room wifi needs to improve. TV channels could be better.

perfect and very budgetfriedely stay to visit staples center. hotel is a bit old but the value for money in this location is ok. had a table and chair in front of the room to sit outside. the guy in the office was very friendly.

it is not that clean.

The room was dirty, towels seemed to be used before and not washed, some ugly butterflies were on the floor of the shower cabin, they were made of band-aids and did not stick good. Our first night there, the guy from the reception was talking on his cell phone right by our room at 3 am using the outdoor voice for at least an hour. On top of everything - on our last morning there a cockroach was on our floor! When I screamed and ran out, the lady from the reception went out of her room and asked what was going on, when I told her about this cockroach, she silently left back inside her room... Never again! I would never recommend this nasty place to anybody in the world...

Nothing at all.This is by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed at in my life and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemies.

The decor was appalling and the paint was peeling off the walls.The furnishings were very shabby.I Folded my coat and used it as a pillow as I was not comfortable resting my head on the pillows provided.I Also slept in my clothes as I wasn't confident that the bedding was clean.The smoke alarm was broken and kept making a beeping noise every thirty seconds.This effected my sleep.The key got stuck in the door and nobody was able to fix it.When I switched out the light the power cut out so in order to charge my phone I had to have the light on.I Didn't realise this until the morning.Every hotel I've ever stayed at I have not only checked out at 12am but almost always allow to check out late however I was made to check out at 11am.As my phone died because their was no power and the clock in the room was broken I wasn't aware of the time.I Explained this to the reception but was still rushed and threatened with an automatic charge unless I checked out by 11.30 the very latest.It was also extremely noisy as the walls were thin and could hear entire conversations in the next room.The door also rattled and shook during the night which meant I was not able to relax.

There was a terrible signal. The locale of the room I was placed in on the 2nd floor had terrible reception for my 4g phone. Dont know if ut was cuz if being downtown or what but i had to step outside to make or almost recv any phonecalls .

Very friendly staff, Near to subway station, Economic.

- I mainly impressed with that front-desk staff as they are very friendly and co-operative. - Breakfast is very nice even though the menu is limited . - Very very cost effective in downtown.

No big issues I found during my 3 days stay.

The location only.

The bathroom. The maid did not clean my room durin my stay. She only replaced my towels. Never made up my bed. I will never stay in this motel again. It is a motel not hotel.

It suckz two dayz n nobody cleaned da room carpet dirty n walls dirty the pic make it look way different than wat it really is n it says one price on internet n wen u get there the price it goes up

There was mold in the bathroom, the carpet smelled, there were roaches all over the place, the shower curtains and the walls were filthy. The staff person that checked me in all but threw the room key to me. I wish I could get a refund.

Close to the city center

dirty, smelly, poor breakfast and the coffee had a "dangerous" taste, the bathroom was dirty and the towel had a hard smell of clorine. Dirty around interior yard and the pool looks strange. Verry dangerous area and the neighborhood is full of strange people, the reception desk is surounded by thick 3 inch plexiglass ....... lock the door during the night ! If you can choose different area or hotel please do so ..... Its more a motel then a hotel

You get what you pay for, and it is good that a hotel this cheap exists so close to downtown L.A., but you (and your family) have to be prepared for it (which I was but my wife and kids were not). The evening receptionist was friendly and helpful.

We were given a choice of two rooms, and both looked miserable. It turned out the poor appearance was mostly cosmetic (paint drips on the floor, unfinished wall repairs) and basics like sheets and toilet were clean. The one exception was the carpet, which seemed like it had never been cleaned and was sticky to the bare foot (not recommended). The "breakfast" is just toast, and the "orange juice" tasted like sugar water. We skipped it the second morning.

Close to subway (less than 10 minutes walk from 7th St Metro Center - exit at 7th & Figuroa, walk west on 7th St, over the freeway then on the next block), clean room, good neighbourhood (felt safe), comfortable bed, free WiFi.

Old fittings, some lights didn't work in room, shower was a bit temperamental, breakfast VERY basic (toast, juice and corn flakes). Nothing major, very good for the price!

Guest friendly staff. Very supportive with my documents printing. Internet access was free. Value for money.
