Close to freeway
The bathroom in particular was falling apart - the shower detached from the wall, the toilet loose, dirt in all the corners, the carpets filthy. We slept with our clothes on.
Some what clean Staff friendly slept good
continental breakfast (No) coffee work out facilities (No) Out of order
Television would not work. Lamp would not work. Every appliance, including A/C was unplugged, apparently to save on electricity. Room was overheated when we went in, but A/C eventually caught up. Refrigerator was also unplugged. Common areas also overheated, as A/C was off. Very noisy. Hard to sleep. Complimentary breakfast was very small.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was quiet. They were very nice to me and my dogs.
TV was good, but there was no station guide either on or off the TV. No Wi-fi.
Everything. The place stunk and was filthy. You would be better of in a tent.
The bed was comfortable, the AC worked, and there was a microwave and fridge.
The woman at the front desk was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and never smiled once. The lobby was unappealing with large unopened boxes scattered about. One of the security doors was broken. The continental breakfast was severely lacking- one kind of cereal, Lego waffles, stale, non-descript one inch square pastries, bad coffee with no real cream. No fruit or yogurt. The floor in the dining area was dirty. My bathroom mirror had the remains of oral hygiene. The carpet wasn't completely vacuumed. A light bulb was burned out and there was a Q-tip behind an end table. I stayed here two years ago, and it has definitely gone downhill. I won't be staying here again.
That they didn't have any breakfast left when we went down to eat at 815am and said they didn't close tell 9am.
This hotel was so misrepresented. Nothing like it was advertised to be.
The beds were hard and came with two of the most pathetic pillows I've ever seen. The towels were of the very cheapest quality. The gym looks like it hasn't been "in service" for a very long time. The pool was "waiting for inspection" and it's obvious the family lives on the second floor from all the running and pounding of feet all night. I had to argue with the little old lady at the front desk about not having an ice bucket in my room, and then was afraid to use the ice once I saw how filthy the ice maker was. This was a total waste of money and a huge disappointment.
The room was clean and fairly modern. Free Wi-Fi. Location was good for our purposes, access was good.
Ragged floor mats (frayed edges and holes in them; so worn out you could see through them). Bath towels were barely bigger than hand towels and needed to be replaced. No ice bucket. No can liners. Over half of the light fixtures did not even have bulbs in them Furniture was old and worn out (the bed was hard as a board; I sat on the footstool for the chair and the padding was so worn out all I could feel were the slats). Pillows were so small they were almost non-existent. "Free breakfast" consisted of about 10 small snacks on display, warm Tang, raisin bran without milk, 2 freezer waffles, a couple of slices of bread, no coffee brewed (we don't drink it, but the gal came out and asked if we wanted any). We went to Denny's across the street. Ran out of toilet paper (when the room was serviced the only roll had about 1/2" left and wasn't changed) and facial tissue. No replacement available without going to the desk.
The hired staff was very friendly, much more friendly than the manager/owner.
"Breakfast" was supposed to be included but there was just one kind of cold cereal, some warm milk and orange juice in a bowl of ice and some stale, inedible pastries.
Easy access to the interstate.
There were dead bugs, including cockroaches, on the floor. Towels were more like large rags, rough and very thin, no bath mat. Breakfast, included in the price, was awful - skimpy and stale. No staff available for check out. This hotel is way overpriced.
A little slow on the check in, but it was after midnight.
I don't like false advertising, when I got the room on line, it showed a nice swimming pool, and a work out area, neither were available. Hall way to the room was dark, needs more lighting, rooms need more up grade. We tried to get a different hotel, but they told us we wouldn't get credit for 24 hours. So we ended up staying 2 nights.
Rooms were clean and bedding smelled fresh. Good value for the price. Front desk girl was very pleasant.
Hallway smelled musty Towels were skimpy and worn and bath mat was so worn you could see the floor through it.
Breakfast was very poor
Everything was fine.
We had a remodelled room which was clean and ok for a one night stop over
The breakfast was poor virtually nothing to choose from no coffee left, no toast only cereal .The breakfast room was full of junk would seriously not visit again , needs a serious overhaul.
Room was nicely laid out. Clean
Everything about this place was cheap. Where they could save a nickel they did so wihout regard to guest comfort. Skimpy towels. Floor lamp not plugged in. Queen bed on king frame so a shin bruising corner dangerous . ;pool but no way into it. No phone in room. No orange juice for breakfasgt, just 'orange drink' and day or more old cheap donuts and rolls. No listing of tv channels. Coffee maker but no place to plug it in. No bag for ice bucket, cheap soap, thimble of shampoo.
