Even though the weather was frightful. It was an incredible stay. The staff/owner was very accomodating. Even being on the Main Street with a weekend full of events it was a quiet place to regroup. Love love love. Planning another trip next year!!
Staff is very attentive. Very good breakfast with warm muffins, very good croissant and coffee. Location is great, closed to shops and restaurants. However, since it is off season, most shops are closed. Our room is very nice with fire place and a very clean private bath.
being in the middle of the activity but the room was still quiet.
not having any place to sit other than the bedd. the room was really small.
Smell of puke in the bath A dripping sound from the gutter.
Room 33 a single room with shared bathroom was spacious. Great Wifi and cable TV. Room was very clean and neat.
Room 33 windows faces an alley way. Can be very noisy at times specially at night. Walls are not well insulated and can hear other tenants conversation from the annexed room. Not worth the price. Needs another toilet room
great location, Nice room, Nice owner and staff!
rooms were updated and clean
breakfast offerings were very slim no onsite parking
excellent location in the center of town.
no complaints the staff was very helpful with everything.
Location. Comfort. Great owner and staff. Next to mayflower restaurant. Will definitely rebook here
Had to leave early due to situation at home.

Perfect place to stay while in Provincetown! Staff was attentive and right on target with everything! I am staying there again in October!
I can not think of anything I didn't like!
Its right in the center of town. 1/2 block from the peer.
Make sure to check if your room shares a bathroom. Ours did.make sure you purchase the parking and there is a short cut to get there.
Center of town Great wifi Very clean
Small room Bathroom down the hall Expensive for what you get
I wish I could have afforded my own bathroom. Shared bathroom was good, but your own is better.
clean, good ubication
Bad coffee, thin walls. If you like hearing the intimate moments of others, this is the place. Clean but dated. Hard bed and super flowery detergent used for washing. Hard to recommend this place.
-Location -Contemporary decor -Very friendly staff/guests
Nice atmosphere (e.g. small breakfast on the balcony), very central location
Shared bathroom (was known before) was a bit annoying
Nice place just the right location
Very small, however I did not spend much time in my room.
Good location, good price
quiet, sunny, porches, location, friendly
Location was excellent. Staff was super friendly, attentive. Rooms were spotless.
Continental breakfast was generic bagels, toaster, fruit cups (pre-packaged Del Monte type). Fresh fruit salad would have been excellent along with pastries/bagels from local bakeries. Common area carpeting, (hallways and stairs) needs a good professional cleaning or replacements. No TV guide to channels offered and no HDTV channels, poor quality reception. Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, not high quality.
The Staff was great; the place is right in the thick of P-Town, still its out of the way. It was very clean. There was no issues when I decided to stay another night.
the room lighting was odd.
Quiet, convenient, good for family stay
The time for breakfast is too late
