Lamp Post Inn  

Very clean and comfortable room with Refrigerator and Microwave. Nice simple Continental Breakfast. For the age of The Lamp Post Inn very well maintained, for the staff very friendly and courteous. Plus very close to U-M stadium. For the cost I have stayed at hotels that cost more. But not as nice as The Lamp Post Inn. For now on when I stay in Ann Arbor for business I will be staying at The Lamp Post Inn.

There was nothing I did not like.

From the advert, I was expecting more of a downtown historic B&B type inn. Instead, this is more of a motel, some 30 ins walk from downtown.

I like shabby chic, just didn't work on this occasion.

It isn't fancy, but you can't beat the price. It was less than half the other hotels I checked on.

The building and facilities are old and dated, but it's reasonably clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff did a good job.

I/m not the kind of guy who needs to feel pampered or high end trendy. I enjoy value and a clean room with a good shower, fridge to keep beverage cold and a microwave to heat up some snacks. My money gets spent on doing things when I'm awake not asleep.

The only things I liked about this hotel were the staff members and the location of the hotel itself. the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was part of a plaza where you could have easy easy access to food and coffee.

There was blood stain on my bed sheet and another stain on the bathroom towel. There was no blow dryer in the room. traveling in cold November, I had to get out with wet hair.the internet connection was so poor that I couldn't even check my email from the room, basically no connection. no fruits were served in the breakfast.

The young ladies at the office were very helpful and very nice. The room was very good, and the price affordable.

Staff was friendly. The neighborhood is quiet.

We ran out of power, but it is not the Inn fault, of course.

You are majorly due for updates. I felt as if I was in a police drama and the room was one in which a fugitive would hole-up for a while. You have a great location and a great staff, but you charge way too much money for what the room looks like. Even a Super 8 has more modern rooms.

I was very busy in Ann Arbor. I left early in the morning and came back late in the evening. So this was an ideal place to stay. I just needed a safe clean place to sleep. I will be staying there again.

It was not as close to the campus as I thought. I did not like having to drive and then find and pay for parking. But it wasn't bad.

It was a very reasonable hotel with all the amenities I needed.

The price and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I had to check in after 11pm and they explained the after check in process very well.

I found the room dirty. The carpet around the bath room was wet from the previous guest. The Micro Wave was old and rusty. the breakfast was bad, bread in a bag for toast and 2 selection of ceral. I checked out a hotel a few miles away and for a few more dollars I could had a great stay. My mistake, will not recomend Lamp Post Inn

・隣に小さなショッピングモールがあり、スーパーマーケットKroger がある。 ・大学行きのバス停が近くにあり、バスだとUofMまで１０分ほどで行ける。 （徒歩だと４０分くらい）

・インターネット接続は不安定だった。 ・シャワーだけなのでバスタブに入りたい人には不向き。 ・バスタオルは薄くて、やや小さめ。 ・バス時刻表が載っているRideGuide はフロントにあるが、どこにバス停があるのか知らなかった。 ・エアコンの音がうるさかった。

宿泊すること自体に全く問題はなかった。

ヘアドライヤーがなかった。
