Location is quite. Has a bus stop right in front of the hotel to go to Time Square. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Reception staff do not have enough knowledge to brief visitors about NY attractions and the best method to visit them or hesitant to do so.

Very friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, very easy to get to NY the bus stop is just across the street, good shopping options nearby. Recommended with no doubts!

Fantastic staff! Everyone there was smiling and was asking for ways to help if needed. Rooms are large and very comfortable.

Convenient location, close to NYC easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was very good.

We didn't like the staff at all. It is unfortunate to see the lack of customer service skills they have. The welcoming and smile to new guests was missing. In occasions while passing by the lobby they would not even say hello. In our opinion they do need training.

Stayed in a King Suite, it was huge and way more than i was expecting, ideal for a day to relax to yourself. Plenty of TV channels to choose from huge bed and also a lounge area Bathroom was large and clean

Location, price, transport

I went to this hotel with my boyfriend and we loved our stay. It is very well located, close to a lot of stores, restaurants and in front of the bus stop which the buses go to Manhattan in every 15 minutes. The shuttle of the hotel is very useful to go to places like the bus stop which goes to Jersey Gardens Outlet and Walmart. Another thing that we apreciated a lot was the big size of the room. We were with 4 big luggages and we could spread them all over the room without stumbling on them, very different from the small rooms of the Manhatan's hotels. The king size bed is big and very comfortable and the shower is nice. Most of the staff, especially at the front desk were very kind and helped us with every information that we needed. It has a good breakfast included, which is very unusual at the Manhattan's hotels. You don't have to worry about going to Manhattan. It is very easy if you take the 320 bus. You just have to avoid the rush hour. We had a wonderful surprise with the early check in ofered by the hotel. We had to ask for a late check out and it was accepeted by them. We will certainly stay again at this hotel when we go back to ny.

Sometimes the drivers weren't very polite. For me and my boyfriend, it was ok to do all the things we wanted to do at Manhattan and go back to the hotel in the night to rest. But if you want to go to Manhattan during the day, go back to the hotel, and return to the Big Apple in the night, it's better to get a hotel in Manhattan.

I liked the price, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect.

The pull out couch mattress was atrocious, the elevators were small and crowded. We had to take the stairs to the 8th floor 4 times. The breakfast wasn't very appetizing. My son left his hat in the room and they refused to ship it to us despite the fact that I offered to pay shipping costs.

Convenient location for NYC without the price. Free Breakfast. Large Rooms. Friendly staff.

Room was good, breakfast was good. Location was good a few local bars restrauants and cinema about 10 mins walk. The bus service into Manhattan is frequent and only takes 15 mins to the hearth of broadway.

Paper plates plastic knives and forks. This hotel has a bar that is rearly open, not sure if it serves food. Wi fi in room was not good at times

It was an older hotel, but very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Great location. I went for Wrestlemania 29 and it's a stone's throw away from the izod and MetLife venues. Also that nj Transit bus that picks up outside the hotel makes getting into Manhattan really easy. Drops you off at Port Authority Bus Terminal, which is near Times Square. The restaurant onsite, although fairly basic, is decent value and if that's not your thing there's a few places nearby or you can order in. Failing that, the bus drops you off a few blocks from Hells Kitchen, so you can get your eats there. My suite was nice and comfortable. Housekeeping were noninvasive but efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The gym is ancient, and not in a cool 'old iron' way. In a "is this going to break and hurt me?" way. Way understocked. I get that they're doing what they can with what they've got, but it needs an update. Crash mats, dumbbells, barbells, fitness posters, maybe an iPod dock. The TVs in the rooms are old CRT TVs and the quality of the picture isn't that great. The bathtub was cheap plastic and when standing in it for a shower felt a bit 'spongy' which was unsettling. There's only one washer and one dryer, so if it's a busy week in the hotel, you may end up doing your clothes in the bath!

Excellent value for money, helpful staff, a bus that goes directly into Manhattan from outside the hotel, takes 15 mins into the port authority bus station. Recommend this hotel very highly.

Easy to get into the city.

The beds are pretty old and not very comfortable. need to replace the mattresses.
