Excelentes, instalaciones. Los departamentos están muy bien equipados al igual que los espaciones comunes los cuales se encuentran en excelentes condiciones. El personal es muy amable y atento y siempre estuvo dispuesto a responder inquietudes.

La playa por la zona del hotel no es linda. Es necesario contar con un coche para recorrer otras playas de Kihei o para visitar Lahaina.

Excelente la atencion del personal, tuvimos un problema con una cámara de fotos, y ellos se encargaron de todo, solo porque nosotros eramos sus huespedes. De primera. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy comodas, buena vista. Hay parillas (lo unico negativo es que cerraban a las 10pm) son pileta y todasl las instalaciones impecables. Muy bueno para ir en familia o pareja. La playa es imposible de ir porque el viento es fuerte.

We actually loved it. The only thing we didnt like it was the floor and the refrigurator, When we walked in the first night my daughter had her shoes off and when she went to bed we noticed how dirty her feet were. Black. Does it ever get mopped we mopped it but broke the mop. The refrigurator leaked every night all over the floor. We would forget and then we would step on it nasty. We did have trouble in front bed room with twin beds the lighting was terrible. We informed them at office that we needed a light bulb and nothing was done so we had to take bulb out of the hall way then we had to do laundry in dark. But we loved everything else. Thank you so much.

The rooms were really quiet and the surroundings very beautiful. The pool bbq area was perfect for the evenings and the location was good for those with limited travel accesability.

The main office was only open from 10-2 so it was hard to contact them if issues arrised. But you could leave them a voicemail with your complaints,, only they did not call me back...

Fair price, nice unit, friendly office staff. None of the negative comments applied to this (ground floor) unit and having a non-AC one worked out fine with effective ceiling fans. Convenient grocery and other shopping nearby, fast and regular foods. Farmers market 5 blocks north for local fruit and (some) veggies. A one and a two br unit were for sale while we stayed and asking prices were 340 and 450 k - to give you an idea of quality level. These were built in 1980 but were quite modern. The broadband was via internet cable as they said the WiFi gave problems with the solid concrete floors and walls.

Nice staff, quite big room with fully equipped kitchen, free internet and us phone calls, free parking. We really enjoyed our stay!

We liked the location - Kihei may not be everyone's taste, but loved that it was close enough to activities throughout south maui, but not in the middle of the bustle of the town itself. Its perfectly situated in an area that is quiet. It has a great local feel to it that you would not get if you stayed in Wailea for example. the condo was wonderfully stocked with everything we could possibly need - umbrella for the beach, cooler, beach chairs. all the kitchen stuff, including many appliances. having a washer/dryer is possibly the best thing when you're there for a week or more. i appreciate that they strive to recycle as much waste as possible

Wasn't a big deal, but I shouldn't have to take care of my own garbage. That's a home chore I am escaping when on vacation... also not a big deal because it never really was noticed, but we never got an option to include A/C when booking the room, but there was a note saying it would work if it was paid for with the reservation..

The room appeared dirty. Housekeeping did not clean room, change bedding, or towels during a week long stay.

Very friendly staff, had an upgrade to partial ocean view :-) Will come again.

wireless Internet broke down for 3 days

It was a fair Cheap Hotel condo with no perks.Just the basics.

No air conditioning in Hawaii...are you kidding me? No heads up that there was no air at booking time..Neighbor hood chickens that crow at 4:00 am very unpleasant.If you don't need sleep you have all the other basic'S.On a budget I might stay again but would probably look else where first.

I really enjoyed my stay here!!! The scenery was awesome. The location of the resort was great and allowed easy access to other parts of the island. There are some stores in which you can walk to but I would recommend getting a rental car (especially if you plan on grocery shopping to prepare meals at the resort). The pool area was nice and access to the beach is no problem. Overall cleanliness was great and the furnishings are current. It really felt like a home away from home!!! I will definitely stay here again and I am recommending this place to everybody!!!
