the size of the room
Hotel was beautiful at 1st site
Night time staff had really bad attitudes and as much as I spent on my stay there I didn't appreciate there rudeness or not friendly attitudes... U wud of thought u was n a low grade super 8 motel... And each night we stayed they're were different staff on da night shift... Smh
Convenient comfortable and relaxing
Room was a suite with separate bedroom and living room.....clean rooms...friendly staff
A little noisy with people in the atrium
Atmosphere was very nice. Casino was very nice.
That our sheets were never changed. There's was no fitted sheet on the bed the first night, then they never came to change them. No fresh towels either.
The shower was either super hot or freezing cold.
There was a small problem (out of managements hands) with our room but management was very helpful and considerate in fixing the problem.
I liked the rooms and the bed. The shower was nice. The decorations were ok.
I would not want to stay there again because of the staff and the main manager lady. They wouldn't accept cash from my cousin although online it said you can pay cash and only a $50 deposit on the card. Didn't tell us about the second night stay for half price. They were rude and incompetent. This was the first place we were gng to go and check in but because of their incompetence we couldnt check in and went searching for another hotel for 3 and a half hours so we couldn't go enjoy the st.Louis nightlife and gamble or do whatever and have fun. My cousin had over $4,000 he could have spent. Then when we came back it took another hour and a half to even get in. I had to show them where it said on the website that we could pay cash. We didn't get into the room til after 2:30am and the overnight manager lied and said he was gng to give us til noon to checkout. Well the next day we were charged an extra $18 because we didn't check out at 11am. And I didn't get a room with a view of the arch like I requested.
Sheets had bio stains. We requested a new set and they had paint stains.
My overall stay... The rooms was really nice.
I checked n abou 11:30 pm and da staff was not pleasant at all. The daytime staff was so friendly and perfect but da night staff not so much...
I loved being on the 8th floor with a view of the river.
The lobby is gorgeous but that's about it.
Finding the hotel was a nightmare! We weren't made aware of the $10 a night parking fee. The frig was not working in our room. The jets in the jacuzzi were not working. Its also not mentioned that the jacuzzi is outside. We spent the majority of the night trying to get the temp of the room regulated. It was oddly very hot and uncomfortable. There are not robes in the room as specified on this site. Which were needed as we had a repair man in our room twice in 3 hours.the lady at the reception desk got an attitude when asked about the robes. We felt unsafe as there were people in the lobby area who appeared to be selling drugs & it was obvious they weren't guest. We wont be back to this hotel. There are much better locations in STL. And we'd rather spend $60-$100 more a night for safety, convenience, & outstanding customer service Very pretty place, just a disappointing experience .
The room was nice and had it been clean I would have really enjoyed my stay.
When I went to take a shower when I first checked in, the towels were damp. It really threw me off because the only thing I could think of was they just folded them up from the previous guest and put them on the shelf. the room also smelled like someone just straightened and burned their hair so It just made me question the cleanliness of the entire room after that. When my friends met up with me they had even mentioned the smell of the room when they walked in. Pretty disappointed because I do love that hotel. I'm hoping it was just a one time thing.
One of the tv did work Requested for smoking room and got non smoking
I booked a room for my husbands birthday, and choose this hotel specfically because there is an indoor pool and hot tub, and it was closed. That ruined everything and we didn't stay the night left early because of this. Also, the heater in room didn't work. I was very disappointed and couldn't even email the hotel.
bar restaurants location parking
Worst internet. Staff didn't respond to call made out of fear (somebody was banging my door for 5 mins - night time).
The facilities were beautiful! The front desk check in. "Diane" was soever, helpful and amazing. I was just Tasco through on my way home, but I would plan a vacation just to come back! !
I would like a restaurant or just a place to get a good coffee in the hotel instead of having to take the walk over to the casino restaurants as I don't eat breakfast. Maybe a Starbucks.
I like the friendliness of the front desk staff ...Even the cleaning crew greeted us......
The bed was very comfortable, weight room was nice and the staff were professional.
The room was out dated, charge for local calls, hot tub didn't work, false advertisement (IPod Dock), vending machine was over price and no meal included. Most likely, will not stay again. You can get more for your money elsewhere!
The entire experience. At the price I paid I would stay there every time I come to St. Louis.
Paying to park
It was nice facility.
The staff was very polite and helpful.
The lighting in the bathroom could be a little brighter.
Room had broken, unusable mini fridge. Hotel boasted ipod dock and robes in every room, both of which were not found. We attempted to call to order room service around 7pm and never received a call back, thus having to go across to the casino to eat.
clean, spacious room friendly staff
thermostat didn't work
