Paying for parking
Bathroom was too small
Location to CRds and casino.
It was clean and comfortable
It was loud and did not include free breakfast. Smokey in the shared areas
comfortable beds and location
carpets need to be replaced. air conditioning was poor
The room was nice and the view was great. Mississippi river view was fab. Would stay again when we are in town. The staff was friendly, prompt and just plain nice.
Rooms need updating. Carpets need to be replaced in hallways. Ice machine was so far away I almost had to pack a snack to have the energy to get back to my room.
I didn't like the music playing throughout all night.
Centralized Around Great Attractions
I Personally Had No dislikes About The Place. Yeah Some Of The Carpets Were Kind Of Dirty But What Do You Expect From A Hotel Connected To A Casino
Beautiful hotel! Arrived in town for a concert at Edward Jones Dome and the proximity to the venue was fantastic!
Location to casino and Cardinals games.
Hotel is in need of update. Hallway carpeting is worn and stained. Carpeting in rooms the same. Internet is slow.
Easy to go to casino and use underground walkway to get to Convention Center downtown. Staff was very congenial.
Damn speed bumps all over the property. Very big and impossible to miss. Ridiculous.
The staff was great !!
Price, and location.
Some staff members need to be a little more friendly.
What I did like it was walking distance to some of the other attractions.
I did not like the room being not cleaned. I did not like the casino being down. I did not like the front desk the way I was approached. etc
The location was perfect for where I needed to be
The staff were rude, Kitty inparticular, and I was quoted one price over the phone when I called in advance to see how much I would need, and then when I got there not only did they charge me almost $100 more than I was quoted, they also made me leave a deposit for ammenities of an additional $100 that I was not prepared for... I arrived at 7:30 am and it was almost 11am before I was checked in because I had to call home for additional money, and Kitty was in no hurry to process my information to get me settled in.... Further more the lobby may have been somewhat nice, but the room smelled awful, and it was a non smoking room... The carpets were badley stained as well... And the pictures online are not the same rooms they actually offer... The bathroom was so samll that I could sit on the toilet and reach the other side of the shower and the mirror above the sink at the same time... I will never stay at that hotel again if I ever find myself in the St Louis area again....It was just awful
location to landing & casino easy to get on & off interstate
carpet in hallways was sickening i paid $180 to stay overnight & still had to pay $10 for parking. if i was just going to the casino, parking would have been free. don't get that one at all.
Good location. Low cost relative to other hotels in the vicinity.
The hotel needs a serious deep-cleaning and new carpet. Our non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The in-room bathrooms were less impressive than a truck stop. "HDTV" was so fuzzy I felt like we were trying to pickup an antenna signal in the middle of the wilderness. Staff was polite, but unrefined for what I think a reasonable person would expect. We tried to eat at the hotel diner twice and both times were told there'd be a wait, even though many tables were open. Overall, this "4-star" hotel is no better than a cheap motel.
Clean and close to everything.
No breakfast. I pay $230 for one night and don't get a breakfast. The iPhone Dock that I was told would be there was not working so I went down to ask for another, I was told one would be brought up to me. Never got one! (Phone was dead all day the next day). It's not that bad but when you pay $230 a night things like that shouldn't happen.
The room's view was awesome! The roominess overall. Staff was very courteous and friendly.
The carpet stains all around the hotel.
Close to casino. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Liked that it had a living room with a tv.
The living room furniture wasn't comfortable. The living room didn't have natural light and the carpet wasn't in the best of shape.
clean and spacious. easy access to casino
hearing the water running in the room next to ours. Not real soundproof.
I have stayed here several times in the past during the hair show conventions!! Very nice place my kids loved it to all the scenery!!
The pool needs to be open longer for kids that's one reason we pick to stay here because of how nice the pool is!! But my k is only got to swim only about an hour after a our ball game!! My only complaint!!
Our room was nice and the beds were comfortable
My husband and I took our son to the pool we weren't even in the pool five minutes and a kid that worked there was on us. My son walked out to look at the hot tub and the same staff was on us about him being out there. While we were in the pool another woman and her son came in and he jumped in the pool at the 6 ft part the same staff was out there right away telling us no splashing no jumping and I was holding on to the rope that marks were it begins to get deeper and the same staff came in and told me no hanging on the rope. Firstly the staff that were by the pool were in the guest fitness room running on the treadmills and obviously not working like they should have been. Then the said staff went to the front and got a manager. My husband ask the manager what the point of having a swimming pool for the guests if we're not aloud to do anything but basically stand in the pool. For as much as we paid for our room we shouldn't be treated like we were intruding on the pool. We were there for 3 days and we didn't go back to the pool. The whole time we were there no on else used the pool either. My family and I travel several times a year. We normally stay at the Hilton or Four Seasons. We thought we'd try somewhere new. Bad mistake on our part. We will not be back we will stay where we are aloud to use the pool and not be treated like we are intruding.
