Our stay was really nice. Just took some time for ourselves.
The smoke in casino
we had a wonderful time! The staff was very accommodating and so friendly!
No coffee in the lobby
The front desk staff was very helpful with helping at check in.
No robe as promised in booking. Even after my husband called regarding it. Had to go back and get credited for a bottle of water we took out and then put back. Then there were two unauthorized transactions after I left on my card. One from the casino, when I was never in it. Another from St Paul for the exact same amount.... I had to cancel my card. The front desk knew nothing about a shuttle that was suppose to be running for the conference. I felt it was over priced for the value. I have stayed at Westin for less and it was much nicer.
Rooms were large and comfortable , however, carpet in rooms and hallways looked extremely dated and worn. The common areas needed attention.
The hotel needed a remodel.
The lobby, the room, walkway to the casino, free parking.
The carpeting was atrocious, it looking stained & filthy.
Close to the arch, stadium, other things
Paying for parking
This hotel is only a few years old and it is not much better than a super 8 or any cheaper motel. If you are in the St. Louis area and want to go to a hotel you should go to Ameristar.
Room was out dated and very poorly constructed. Everything in the room cost, even the phone calls.
Bathroom was too small
Liked the prices in the mini bar
Didn't get to use the hot tub because a couple was making out in it and possibly having sex. Relaxing in the hot tub was one of the main reasons we stayed here.GROSS
Location to CRds and casino.
It was clean and comfortable
It was loud and did not include free breakfast. Smokey in the shared areas
comfortable beds and location
carpets need to be replaced. air conditioning was poor
I had taken my girls to one direction concert and security tried to tell them to leave the property and when my girls came back to our hotel she questioned them and follows them. Then she kept driving around us while I was loading up my car. That really upset me they were 2 15 year old girls sitting outside of our hotel!!
The room was nice and the view was great. Mississippi river view was fab. Would stay again when we are in town. The staff was friendly, prompt and just plain nice.
Rooms need updating. Carpets need to be replaced in hallways. Ice machine was so far away I almost had to pack a snack to have the energy to get back to my room.
I didn't like the music playing throughout all night.
Centralized Around Great Attractions
I Personally Had No dislikes About The Place. Yeah Some Of The Carpets Were Kind Of Dirty But What Do You Expect From A Hotel Connected To A Casino
Beautiful hotel! Arrived in town for a concert at Edward Jones Dome and the proximity to the venue was fantastic!
Location to casino and Cardinals games.
Hotel is in need of update. Hallway carpeting is worn and stained. Carpeting in rooms the same. Internet is slow.
Easy to go to casino and use underground walkway to get to Convention Center downtown. Staff was very congenial.
Damn speed bumps all over the property. Very big and impossible to miss. Ridiculous.
The staff was great !!
Price, and location.
Some staff members need to be a little more friendly.
