not a quality breakfast. Once items run out they run out. no one restocks till the next morning. location is not the greatest
The security guard barged in my room wrongfully accusing me of having an extra person in the room and invaded my privacy. I'll never stay there again!
The room was clean and set up nice. The tv was nice size.
The staff we dealt with were thoughtful and helpful.
The first room we were given a key to was dirty and the second room (although clean) still had used strategically hidden around the room. Ice machines in use all night, the whole place reeks like weed.
Loud noise, prostitutes in and out. Horrible breakfast, rooms to small, too much traffic and noise didn't sleep at all
I loved the prices and the fact that the lady on the evening shift early morning is really nice. The bed is comfy
It's a lot of noise!! You can hear ppl come and go. You can hear the elevator ding. You can hear ppl having sex!!!! Parking sucks only 6 spots behind the hotel. The rooms are small and a warmer blanket would b nice
The staff was helpful and the bed was very comfortable. Convenient to both the MTA and LIRR, quick and easy to get into Manhattan, or out to Long Island.
Disappointing neighborhood. Many of the restaurants listed online have closed in the area. The remaining ones were all tiny take-out and fast food places. Atlantic Ave wasn't well lit and had heavy traffic. - thin walls, neighbors smoking weed, LIRR trains right outside woke us up frequently throughout the night, could hear couples fighting on other floors - the room keys kept getting desensitized, the front staff were very helpful, but it was frustrating to continually have to go back to the front desk no matter what we did to keep the keys away from phones/metal/other cards - slow elevator - unclear heating system, cold air should not be blowing in the middle of winter when the thermostat is set to heat - small rooms
Staff was very nice. liked the fake ivy in the lobby and the baggage claim service.
Poor wi-fi connection, lighting was bad almost everywhere, weird call girls in the lobby and riding elevators, over-priced for facilities at hand, small rooms, poor lighting.
nice hotel for short stay and price best looking hotel in a 'not so well' area
not much space small lobby small rooms small breakfast area not suitable for large travel groups perfect for couples
The bed ... Then room
Being on the c level... People from the lobby was loud. People going to breakfast nothing but noise
Rooms should not be falling apart where u are staying...
What I liked most was how nice it was for the price and location.
I didn't like how I scheduled the room that night and the check out time was still a few hours later! I didnt get much sleep. I easiest the impression of a 24hr stay.
Good clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice and friendly staff
The location is not the best, poor breakfаst
I love it here. Its relaxable and clean. The staff are respectable and the bed is ooh so relaxing.
The convenience of the facility and the breakfast
The bed was clean & comfortable. The bathroom was the same....
We were in a room with a jacuzzi. After filling the tub, we turned on the jet & black dirt/debris specs.....gross! We called the front desk who did offer to inspect it...however bad timing. We did address the issue in the morning & was told we would be compensated for the mishap....but nothing happened. It was overall a nice stay
It was a nice place to relax
The channels on the TV was few and not the channels I really wanted
The staff was great, the bed was comfy, location was ideal, room was clean.
Floor inside room had no carpeting.
I liked how cozy the room was and although the hotel was small it still managed the space pretty well.
very comfortable was suppose to stay one night ended up staying too will stay there again
I loved that we were upgraded to a king size bed and a bathtub! We also enjoyed the free breakfast daily. Hotel Luxe is a green hotel, with beautiful flooring and decor. It is immaculate and we loved every second of our stay! It is in a neighborhood that is close to the subway and seems to be under development for a hip new area!
We were a little cold, until we turned up the heat. It was freezing in Brooklyn though. Might be nice to have a blanket on the bed and not just rely on the thermostat.
The staff was nice and friendly
The train every 15-20 minutes
There was parking around back.
Hotel staff gave us a hard time for checking in early even though I offered to pay. Also the same staff were happy to tell us this was a non smoking facility and sent us to a room that reeked of a thousand cigarettes.
