Location , caean , Staff
The staff is very friendly, helpful and there to make your stay wonderful.Love the little restaurant and patio café with a amazing staff.they all aim to please. The perfect little boutique hotel in a great location you can walk to everything.
The maid service was definitely off this trip don't know what happened to them
It was expensive but compared to the other Beverly Hills hotels is was a good value. Loved the convenient location.
They seemed to be short on check in staff.
Very serviceminded staff The location
Location, relative price, convenient size.
Trendy, great staff, excellent food and people watching from the restaurant. Amazing location.
The elevator was old and stops abruptly. I kept thinking I would get stuck in it.
the fridge was not connected and we had no cool drinks. car entry was from the rear of the hotel.
The room was beautiful and the staff were amazing. They were very helpful with booking restaurants for us and even ordered a glass of champagne for us on arrival at one restaurant. We loved our time at luxe and couldn't have had a better location.
The staff was extremely helpful, especially Beverly on reception. The room was bright and modern with the most comfortable bed - it was like sleeping on a cloud.
When arriving by car, it would be helpful if clients were advised in advance to make their way to the rear of the hotel where parking and valet service is situated. It was difficult to stop at the front on Rodeo Drive even to be able to unload the luggage.
The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Two double beds squeezed in a room that we were told was the "biggest" room. Not good for more than 2 people.
ALL THE EMPLOYERS WERE GREAT
The hotel is on Rodeo drive in front of Prada, Salvadore Ferregamo, and is beside Rolex. The restaurant on the sidewalk is ideal for people watching and service is great.
Inconsistent housekeeping. Our last night no complementary bottled water was delivered to the room forcing us to open a $9.00 bottle of water in the displaye rack on top of the mini ref.
VERY HELPFULL STAFF.
THE FRIDGE IN THE ROOM WAS DISCONNECTED AND WE HAD TO WAIT FOR IT TO COOL DOWN.
Location Comfortable beds
Run out of English breakfast tea Attitude of grill manager and allocation of tables Noisy room
The location and the service
Location was awesome
The fact that you had to walk through a coffee shop to get into the lobby! The hotel entry needs work. The rear entry for limos and taxis was also dodgey, and the alleyway was very narrow and frequently clogged up with delivery vans. It was a joke!
Staff was excellent. Perfect location, close to everything. Nice rooms, great balcony. Would definitely stay there again.
Location, location, location
I understood from the advertising that there was going to be fresh flowers in every room. This was not the case...at least not with my room. The view is also terrible if you don't face Rodeo Drive. Literally you see an alley, and delivery trucks will wake you up in the morning.
Excellent location, fantastic staff especially concierge. Always willing to help and very friendly. A great family hotel.
Unfortunately the beds were doubles not queen size.
excellent location, value for money, excellent staff
size of rooms for two or more people
