We've stayed there before. It had an excellent buffet, and extensive swimming pools, good casino. It has gone downhill - perhaps all Vegas hotels are hit by the recession. The buffet has watered-down orange juice, they don't have waitresses to bring orange juice and coffee, some of the swimming pools are closed (in mid August??) or fenced off so you can only use them if you pay extra - not many people seemed to do so! There are no longer cocktail waitresses patrolling the pool, and you can't get iced coffee - little things, but they used to make it a real pleasure.

Location, Clean room, friendly staff. They didn't have any decks of cards anywhere on the property. Long wait times to talk to front desk.

An amazing room with a huge bed and a great view over Las Vegas. Two wide-screen TVs (which we didn't use) and a jacuzzi (which we did use). Outstanding value for money.

Great location on the strip. The pools were great and the room was nice and comfitable. The towels smelled like smoke or burn. Asked for new towels and recieved them right away but those also had that smell. Might have been a problem with their drieror something but i didnt want to touch thier towels.

Rooms were nice restaurants and other common areas were fine. Coffee in rooms should be available as it is in practically all hotels now. Having to wait in line at Starbucks is not the best way to start the day. Also, guide in the room with hotel amenities such as a TV guide and pool options would have been helpful.

We upgraded to a double queen, tower room. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, big tv and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel had an excellent gym and pool area. Internet connection was included and we were given complementary drinks vouchers (2 free drinks per day) on arrival. No queueing at check in or check out. The laundry service was also excellent and reasonably priced. Staff were polite, happy to help and answer any questions. A fifteen minute walk to the strip, but taxis were available anytime and cost about $12 to the centre strip if required.

I didn't like much about it. I was passing through Vegas between Yosemite and Zion and wanted a nice place to relax. The staff was rude, my complimentary drink cost me $8.00, and the food was lousy. I will not be returning.

Nice appearance and good price. Good service. Park behind the hotel, because the valet in the front parking has a lot of space and anyone can use it without the necessity of pay for valet.

Very comfy beds and roomy. In the pyramid I heard no noise. Awesome. They charge you for children to stay there. And at that not like 5 dollars. They charge 30 per child per night. Crazy. The tower rooms your hear everything from your neighbors.

Fabulous design....luxurious rooms, great in-casino shows. The show is why I stayed there. The "Menopause" show is the greatest. Room service was cash-only. Very inconvenient. I had to go to the atm in the casino for cash, which was inoperable. Very frustrating. Also, the exhorbitant resort fee is outrageous...add'l $20! C'mon!
