Luxor  

Every aspect of hospitality was shown at this hotel with the exception of several areas.

I did not like the pressure that certain hotel patron tried to get us to sign up for free shows, etc.

Everything is conveniently located inside the hotel. Room was roomy and staff was friendly ,

The facilities inside the hotel are amazing.

I didn't like the fact that you book rooms and they supposedly hold your spot for those specific rooms and they re-sold them. who does that? Then they upgrade you for "free" and they try to charge you in the end for messing up your rooms. will never book here again.

staff trying to sell you show tickets and hassle you to get to buy tours and pushy to give you free things so youcome back in the near future, plus Slots don't pay a thing, accordingly to some staff because of the ressecion the owners fixed the machines to make more profit to the hotel. not fair I think

Lovely rooms to relax in and well serviced. Concerige very helpful.

Be prepared to walk to main part of strip (1/2 hour) as it's a bit of a hike over bridges etc, although monorail has helped you get to next hotel! There is a monorail behind mgm (opposite almost) that runs up the back of other side of strip). $5 a go or buy multi-ticket. Taxi at night too slow!!

The beds were sooo comfy, once I'd hit it I'd be asleep! Right on the strip (where I wanted to be) awesome drinks!

The smoke on the 1st floor and casino was nauseating. You could not get anywhere without going thru the smoke. I toured other hotels, and occasionally saw smoking, but it wasn't nearly as bad as at the Luxor. I thought the Luxor was below average compared to the other hotels

I liked the pool area, Oasis pool was very nice and relaxing!

Mcdonalds employees were very rude, catching attitudes as we ordered our food. For what I paid for the room I felt I couldve gotten more in my room.

The restaurant Taco and Tequilas, the shopping and closeness to Mandalay Bay and the Excalibur! Very good housekeeping services and the entire hotel staff was very helpful and friendly! Very nice Bell Captain Staff! I have stayed with the Luxor Hotel 4 times and ya'll always do a great job! Thank you!!

The location of the hotel and easy access to the strip/shopping and the comfort of the motel

The location was great. The pool was great. The size of the hotel was perfect.

The Jacuzzi was too small. There wasn't a fridge in the room.

Hotel was lovely and we had a lovely stay. Beds were so comfortable.

We payed extra for our room and our friends paid lest for a room whivh we would expect our room to be better with the price. I couldn't believe it there room was so much better and luxurious compared to ours...we will never be booking with the Luxor again because of this. Although we enjoyed our stay there we will be not recommending it to any one because of this...I would expect more for paying extra and with the little our friends paid they had so much more.
