Cleanliness was excellent, food was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. However, there was no shuttle, the pool was small and unavailable most of the time, and when it was ,it was filled with children.
No ability to stream new movies or selection. Would have paid to see movies but they were not available.

I always liked Bethesda, for its village atmosphere and wide range of shops and restaurants. My favourite restaurant this visit was Mon Ami Gabi, a perfect and authentic French restaurant (although the staff say they are concerned that a planned revamp will lose it some of its charm).
I was sorry to see that some favourite stores have gone, Orvis on Wisconsin Avenue and the book store on Bethesda and Arlington.
There used to be a Ranger Surplus store in Bethesda, now there isn't even one in Rockville......

I had a great stay for three nights. It was quiet and comfortable with a fantastic bed. I used the gym during my stay, it has excellent new equipment, and the hotel is located in a good neighborhood. I will certainly be back.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and large. On the negative side, there were issues with the credit card machine on check in, only decaf coffee in our room, and our wifi was shut off in the morning well before check out.

I loved the fact that the metro was under the property which was very convenient considering we took the metro every day. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We walked around Bethesda Row the first night but most of the restaurants/shops were already closed because it was later on a Sunday night when we arrived.
I travel to Maryland for business about once a month. These accommodations FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Much better than the hotels that I have stayed at. Fully furnished apartment that was spacious, clean and conveniently located within minutes of where I was working. The building is also located in the Woodmont Triangle so you have no shortage of options for food and entertainment. I will almost certainly be looking to book again at Global Luxury Suites Bethesda :)
The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom and we had a very pretty view. The bed was also comfortable. The front desk people were very kind and we also had our luggage stored at the hotel which was good service. The hotel is walking distance from a bunch of stores and restaurants in Bethesda!
My husband and I had a great
experience. The room was clean and comfortable . The hotel location is perfect and is in walking distance to many good restaurants.
Staff at the hotel, Alfonso and Roza were excellent and extremely helpful!
Staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help .
The location was perfect to a strip of restaurants as well the a red line metro stop was just a few steps away from the hotel if we wanted to go down to DC. The hotel itself is beautiful and the king suite room was very comfortable and quiet. I LOVED the walk-in shower so much!
Stayed for 3 nights. Room spacious. Bed AND pillows very comfortable. Large closet and desk area. Overall, a very good stay. Finally, the hotel is perfectly situated in downtown Bethesda, so shops and restaurants are only a few minutes on foot
Facilities and amenities are very good. Room was spacious and staff and hotel breakfast are the best. I was on vacation for DC but DC hotels are not worth for the price they charge. Embassy Suites offers best facilities at a reasonable price.
I was here for a funeral- used to live in bethesda, md. I loved location and the room was very comfortable. it was quiet on my floor which I appreciated since I was coming and going to support my bereaved friends.
I loved the electronic check-in and using my phone as my room key. That was awesome. Rooms could stand to be vacuumed a little better. The people were great. I always stay at this hotel and I’m never disappointed.
The room is very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, we also had a free happy hour drink each person. It is a wonderful Hotel, we enjoyed it very much during our stay.
Nice hotel, would recommend it! Just some minor maintenance issues were open, like the shower head dripping and no water adjustment of the temperature possible (just boiling hot water one day!!)
Close to Bethesda metro, close to Harris Teeter market open till 11 PM. Comfortable bed. Microwave side to the ice maker in the hall. Breakfast bag in the morning.
Location. Cooper’s Mill Restaurant was excellent.
Staff throughout hotel were superb, friendly and
helpful.
Room was comfortable and clean. Gym was
very nice.
This is the best hotel i have stayed in by far in America, the room is largeeee, bathroom is so good, the lounge and restaurant soooooo modern,,, staff so kind
