The tv didn't work
First of all the hotel is in a pretty rundown part of town. Then when we got there, the driveway and office was covered in police tape. There was only 3 cars in the lot and it looked condemned or at least not open. My husband drove around thru a back alley to get in. There was a used shower cap hanging in the bathroom with hair dye on it and the bathroom floor was pulled up. When we booked it said we can request up to 2 extra beds but the front desk guy told us no extra beds would fit. We slept 6 people (3 per bed) in one room.
Sheets to cover floors
Mold... black mold
The toilet was such a "low flush" toilet that it clogged with just barely any TP and I had to get a plunger and fix it myself. I have NEVER had that happen anywhere in my life and I have traveled the world - Africa, UK, Figi....
Didn't like location! Motel is out of date! Didn't have any towels. The room we stayed in had holes in the wall, blankets had cigarette holes and carpet was falling apart! Bathroom was small and dirty! Well not be staying there again!
Price.... Thought it was a little pricey. Pool area needs to be deep cleaned, walls were very dirty. Location of the place was a little uncomfortable, maybe if the area was fenced off it would be a little better.
The manger was very nice.
Not fair to give a review as all they had were smoking rooms. But I needed a room.
The staff was helpful the facality was just in need of a update
Bathroom was tired the exhaust fan was struggling the tub rocked on the subfloor
Rugs n pool where dirty.
I have seen bad reviews of this place, but I didn't think it was bad at all. The place was clean; I was comfortable. Yes, there were no cups in the room. In the lobby there are cups. There was coffee in the morning in the lobby. I pretty much just went there to sleep, and it was great for that! There is an indoor pool, apparently.
No WiFi. That was the only downfall.
I liked the price of the room and it was only for one night.
The name of the hotel. I was thinking something better.
The room was neat but could have had the baseboards vacuumed a bit. It was quiet, even though it was on a busy street. Slept well.
I was a bit nervous being a solo female traveler because the neighborhood wasn't the best, but other than that, the experience was good.
very goog stay
When i first checked in the clerk asked for my ID & credit card i was fine with that then i couldn't use my credit card because it didn't have my full name on it(but it was the same card i used to book the dump)so i ended up paying a $50 deposit. So i finally get in the room & it looked clean till i took another look around, no doorknob on the bathroom door, dead & live roaches in the bathroom, so i decided to take a swim NOT....more dead flies & roaches in the pool.Don't waste your time or money on this dump
people bothering u for money
It was a one night stay on our way during our roadtrip from Chicago to LA.The price is affordable and if you want to stay in a bugfree place just to sleep with no other thinngs thats make a perfect choice for you.
Wifi didnt reach our room thats pretty much the only bad thing. Wifi only near motel reception.
I stayed there twice, upon arrival in Albuquerque and the decay before departure. It is cheap and good, and the internet was working fine in my room.
There isn't much around, but I didn't expect more for the price.
I like the price we got.
The price was good but the pool wasn't even full of water so they false advertised that. And the continental breakfast was just danish breads and plane coffee. Wouldn't recommend coming here unless you don't care what you pay for.
Close to the airport, staff was friendly. But could not find the reservation. Bed was soft. A few peanuts in the drawer. Shower is warm.
Central does have a lot of activity at night. Prostuties out on the street, police cars, etc. Stay inside at night is what I recomend unless you want to see the nightlife of downtown albq.
The room is spacious and the bathroom is well furnished with towels.
I was expecting somme ice cubes in the fridge and fresh drinks
Within 15 minutes of arriving, someone keyed my new truck. There were teenage boys outside drinking beer and staring and smirking at us when we walked by. Came out no more than 15 minutes and truck was damaged. Went to the office where the worker said he couldn't do anything. Now I have to pay a deductible to get my truck fixed.
The employees do not give you all the information that is needed to rent. We booked our room and traveled 3 hrs with small children to find out that I had to 21 to rent. No where does it say on your website and at no time when I called did the employee inform me of this. When I called to complain the next day the employee was rude. I will not recommend your hotel and will never stay there. I do travel a lot with business as well as with my family and we or anyone that will listen will be told about my experience and will not stay there ever.
the rooms where clean and there is a heated pool.
too many sketchy people around. both me and my boyfriend were afraid of going outside the room alone because of the people who kept wandering around the parking lot and balconies.
Short trip to the airport the next day. Price
Not very clean or well maintained.
