very clean nice, friendly staff
wifi wasn´t that fast but it was okay
Wonderful price, very clean and updated room, great hot water/pressure and great bed. Overall, just a great hotel for the price. I stay there all the time when in Flagstaff
Sometimes the neighbors above or next to you are a bit loud and you can hear everything. It's a bit out of the way east but not that big of a deal
We needed a logis in Falstaff. It was a good deal - ok for the price we have got.
No garderobe - no clothes hook. The regular price is too high.
The price. Two nights for around 60 bucks - cant beat that. Close to the strip. Helpful staff.
Wifi not working; dark rooms. Hotel surroundings quite shabby at times.
Everything was great. The room was clean the bedcomfortable. I will come back again.
The remote didn't work.
bed, cleanliness, security, location related to Rt 40. Easy to drive to Grand Canyon and Sedona as well. Resturants and general shopping close by.
train track across the road(the same for several hotels/motels on street), no bath soap, tissues, ice provided.
The staff were awesome
The towels, the sheets, the bed was cheap.
Got what we paid for at the price of thirty something dollars.
We were told to be mindful of the construction workers who were staying and possibly sleeping during the day and to not meet family or friends on their property. Yet the construction workers we were roomed next to smoked marijuana outside and left our car smelling like such.
No movie channels.
Straight forward Motel with no major issues. Restaurants around the corner. Would defnintely go there again when visting the area.
Not a real issue if you sleep well, but the trains pass close to the road and could cause you to wake up. We had no problem at all.
Trains are passing right through the room...the noise is terrible
the staff was friendly and the bed bed was comfortable
the trains ran all night and the walls are paper thin, could hear me two small nephews right thru the wall
Friendly Staff. Location works very well for me and right on historic Route 66.
Railway across the road tends to be a bit noisy.
Parking okay. Cost reasonable.
No Kleenex, no coffee in room, regular size blanket on king size bed, no breakfast in a.m., TV poor, no schedule provided. Toilet antiquated. this place is too out of date. worst of all, no soundproofing--noise comes thru walls and ceiling. And railroad just across the highway. Numerous trains during the night.
Was well enough kept, facilities were good, sheets seemed to be a bit older and had stains but seemed to have been through the laundry, so OK. Flagstaff is a nice place to explore northern AZ, hotel is conveniently located at the road.
This applies probably to all hotels in that particular area: next to the hotel (and there are other hotels directly adjacent) is a railroad crossing. The crossing has a very loud and annoying horn, the trains them self are not quiet either. The trains run all night. Not the best area in Flagstaff to catch some undisturbed sleep.
cleanliness, friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. The 30 dollar a night room was a great deal. Access to main areas. I never noticed any train!! guess I slept well...
- Big room and bed - very good first impression - Quiet air conditioning
- Towel was dirty - Smell of weed in nonsmoking room
The rate was just what we were looking for. Great price for a basic room.
The window over the vanity sink allowed light to shine into the room in the morning.
Nothing. Not worth the price will not stay there ever again
Room was so small it was difficult to move about towels were dirty. Bathroom door did not close noisey from train across the street probably the worst motel I have stayed at in a very long tme
Nice to have Fridge and microwave in room. Room was newly remodeled.
TV didn't work (not a big issue) Bathtub didn't have non-skid strips so tub was slippery.
Friendly, and clean.
Ice machine broke, didn't know it was really close to railroad track, train came by every half hour or more. No coffee in room or front office.
Luxury Inn is a great place to stay! It is in between the downtown area and the mall right on Route 66 so you are not far from either place. The room was comfortable and clean. The sheets and towels were clean. My husband and I were on a road trip heading up to Washington so it was a great value for the money!
I slept well, but the services were poor.
1. No hanging rack, no place to hang your clothes. 2. Our reservations were for two people and after cleaning they only left one set of towels. 3. The wash cloth they left was practically brown. 4. They did not leave extra toilet paper. The one roll was almost gone. 3.
