Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One further child or adult is charged USD 35.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Up to two further older children or adults are charged USD 50.00 per night when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

The Luxury Suites International at the Signature are a privately owned group of condos. Guests staying at these properties will have access to daily housekeeping services from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM.
If maintenance services to the suite are required, a phone number is provided inside the suite to contact Luxury Suites International at The Signature who will then contact and authorize a Signature employee.
An on duty manager is available 24-hours a day for emergency situations.

I was only there for 2 nights, and only hours at that, but the room I had was very comfortable, and very well equipped. Fittings, layout, amenities all superb. Your staff were immaculately presented and the service was effortlessly 5 star, from the porters to the reception desk. Well done! |

The staff were extremely helpful with every request and inquiry we had regarding Vegas and things to do. The location was awesome on the strip and was great that we had access to everything the MGM had to offer. Thoroughly recommend staying here for luxury at an affordable price. |

The city lights of Las Vegas and being close to the strip. Very quiet location and relaxing surroundings. Did not realise a third party was involved in my booking. The hotel went out of there way to accommodate the problems we incurred with the room. eg Internet not working...telephone not working, etc. Would have had better service at same rate if booked direct with hotel. Big lesson learnt. |

Beautiful brand new hotel, checking staff was very courteous, room very spacious and quiet, close to the strip and other Las Vegas Hotels. Will definitively come back. It seems there is two ways of booking: one trough Luxury Suites International, the other through the hotel itself. I have been told the hotel is an hotel/condos so that's why they have two of booking. The only problem is once at the hotel, any request that I had (i.e. if my room can be ready before 3pm or if i can have a late check-in) were not able to be answered directly by the staff because I made my reservation trough Luxury Suites International. |

My room flooded, It was impossible to get ahold of luxury suites and no one in the hotel itself was being very helpful. They came and started cleaning my room in front of me before I was even moved. The whole ordeal wasted over two hours of my Friday night. Then I got moved back to that room the following morning! Which no one ever said I would have to do. And I couldn't even get a late check out, because I had to call LSI who wasn't around on the weekend. So annoying! |

a quiet place to get a good night sleep, just what a hotel should be, when we booked the hotel we asked for a room to be as high as possible, we got the highest floor there was, its great when people listen when they take reservations not enough concierges, there was usually 3-5 people/couples waiting for the 2 of them |

Price of the room was excellent for the amenities provided. I especially enjoyed the mini fridge in the room as well as the jacuzzi bathtub. Walkway was kind of long to get to nearest casino (especially when wearing 4" stiletto heels). Also, services provided by the front desk fluctuated throughout the day. For example, they only let me call ahead for my car in the morning, but not in the high traffic afternoon or evening hours. |
