Location......bus to NYC stopped right out front
Too expensive Breakfast price was high Rooms were poorly furnished Bathroom was fairly clean
The buss stop to NY
The limited selections in the restaurant
Location Cleanliness Staff
Lot of noise coming from next room at all hours, including early morning hours like 2:00- 4:00 am. Apparently needs some sound proofing.
Lack of microwave. Refrigerator is sometime noisy
Parking Under renovation
Personel is very friendly
Hotel needs renovation (what they did when I was there)
A bunch of fat people ate all the breakfast . All we got was a cup of coffee.
Clean, friendly, and convenient location to NYC.
The staff at the front desk was very friendly.
Room was nice and comfy. Breakfast was good.
Overpriced for location and amenities. Staff who checked me in was not very professional.
The location to public transport. Friendly desk staff.
The hotel was under renovation, no restuarant facilities, and breakfast was poor, especially over the weekend.
very nice bedroom
better info on how to get to nyc on public transport
Stayed there for two days.. We liked since its very close to New York city and within walkable distance to public transportation. Clean rooms provided with refrigerator. Vending and ice machines are provided in each floor.
No microwave inside the room. One common microwave is provided at the front desk.
I left a dress jacket in my room. Your staff was extremely courteous and helpful in facilitating its return to me in another state.
Everything was fine.
Staff very supportive with info and guidance.
Elevator had some issues on one day during my stay. Was repaired efficiently and quickly.
We were on sixth floor and had a great view of the Manhattan skyline.
- The lobby area and bar were inviting, I also like the coffee and snacks that were available through out the day. - The desk staff was friendly. - The room was a good size and with wireless internet that was easy to access.
- This is my second time there on business in two months and both times they were working through water issues. I had to run the hot water in my room for a while before it would warm up, and the shower did not stay warm long. - The vent in the bathroom was dirty, and I had smokers next to me one night, the smoke came into the room through the vent in the bathroom. - There always seems to be only one working elevator. the bedding was very thin (see through fitted sheet and thin top blanket).
the location was near the shoping centreres in the area .the staff welling to assest. free parking was greate ,so you can leave your car go to Manhaten any time in the same time you can use it to visite the other point of intreste in thr area.
Room was nice ,instant hot water in the shower, lots of parking.
Very noisy, I was on the top floor and was awakened every morning at 4:00am by loud humming sounds from below and noise from the adjoining truck yard.
The shampoo and lotion in our bathroom were half full, i.e. used. My husband went to the front desk and got new ones, but the experience made me feel the whole bathroom and room were not cleaned properly. Also, the bed cover was not warm enough. Had to crank the heat in the room which was uncomfortable.
Nicole on the front desk helped bring in all my things in the bitter cold. I like the heated swimming pool, free coffee in the lobby, and the location is excellent.
The heating unit in my room (511) did not work properly. Cold in poured in all the time even if the heat was raised and it was very noisy. Very uncomfortable, very irritating.
It was right next to Medieval Times.
Helpful front desk staff. Clean hotel with good parking.
Restaurant was next to bar and check-in desk, both of which were very noisy. The meal I ordered was not as listed on the menu. I found that I waited a long time for service etc even though there was no one else in the restaurant. I didn’t enjoy the meal.
