Bed was hard

Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was very good. Overall my stay was simply beautiful !

we asked for extra blankets and were told that we couldn't have them. my daughter asked for a plunger and was told she couldn't have one

Not much to like. This is a very dated facility.

Breakfast service was marginal and the space allocated was much too small to accomodate the guests. Internet access point was in a common area affording no privacy.

Free car park, very helpful staff, big and comfortable room with microwave-coffee machine and fridge, worths the money

There was a cockroach in my room. Pool is small, breakfast area is too much crowded. Also the room was very noisy, I think due to the generator working close to the hotel.

The price was low since it included free Wi-Fi and breakfast.

The room was not clean and had a very strong smell of mold. The room lights did not function properly, there was no body soap provided. The hotel did not have shower caps. In general, the owners of this hotel cut cost everywhere they can.

The location, lots of cheap or free transport in the area. The beds were comfy, room was well accommodating, free WiFi and breakfast included.

The breakfast area was very small so it was hard to get seated, and some of the applicances such as the toaster caused long waits and ques.

Room was very clean, comfortable bed, great location. Love the Mickey waffle maker :)

The breakfast room was so busy all the time you had to push through the crowd, the front desk staff wasn't overly friendly, the price was extremely different from one night to the next. No one asked me to join the rewards program.

I didn't like this style of hotels that you can log to your room without enter the main entrance or through the lobby it gave me a feeling unsafe

Breakfasts excellent. We liked the mickey mouse. Waffles . Especially as we had just arrived in orlando

Was the most accomodating hotel we have ever stayed at. Hotel was clean and staff went out of their way to make you welcome. Breakfast was always well stocked which was amazing with the large flow of people in the mornings.

Would have been nice to have a mid afternoon shuttle pick up at Epcot. Makes for a long day when you get to the park early

The only thing we liked was the breakfast in the morning and the pool area for the kids. Great location too if you want to be on international drive.

I did not like to be serve by the concierge with headphones on her ears and I did not find that she was suitable for the job. As we arrive the lady at the front desk was not too helpful but she was better later in the week. We, me and my 2 kids were sick almost the whole time we were there with a fever. The day before we left I found a little bit of mole in the bathroom ceiling not sure id its that or not but it sure ruined our vacation.

Convenient location with easy access to attractions. The breakfast selections were good.

The breakfast area was extremely congested and there was not enough seating for people to sit and enjoy their meal. The air conditioning was turned on during breakfast (not needed at this early in the morning) and made it too cold in the lobby/breakfast area.

We had a very comfortable trip. We noticed the staff was always cleaning and keeping up the the clients. We had to wash some clothing and was happy to have washers and dryers in area. Staff was also helpful when we had problems. It was also close to where we were traveling to and the shuttle was great to the parks.

Service was excellent. Room was clean and maintained well. Pool was lovely. Breakfast had a nice variety.
