They didn't miss anything, and they even got me a cup cake since my bday was close
A bit far from Las Vegas DT (20min drive)
My husband and I were celebrating our 24th anniversary and eagerly anticipated our stay at the M Resort. So many wonderful reviews and the highest ratings. Reserved two nights through Booking.com and were pleasantly surprised that our room rate was adjusted when the price dropped. The spacious room was tastefully decorated and had a fully stocked mini-bar. The bed was beyond comfortable with nice starched linens and puffy pillows. We opted to go green and skipped housekeeping for a $5 restaurant voucher. Jayde Fusion bartenders served up the best "Cadillac Margaritas" we've ever had. Potent and delicious, we happily ordered a second round. The Yakitori Beef Kabobs on the 1/2 off bar menu were tender and flavorful. It was served along with an Asian slaw that was crisp and sweet. Beautiful views of the Vegas Strip at night.
The M Resort website showed what appeared to be a soaking tub built for two. Sadly, it was not. Disappointing for us... Skip Vig's. We ordered a French Dip Sandwich and the "Special of the Day" shrimp basket for $32. Awful dry meat and stale bread. The shrimp was wafer thin and overly breaded. Seating at Jayde Fusion Bar is limited at Happy Hour (5-7 pm). We were greeted by three young hostesses and were informed that there would be a wait for an opening at the bar to receive the 1/2 off appetizers. The hotel is decorated with fake flowers everywhere you look. Fresh is best, in my opinion. Probably won't be a return trip in the future. Thank you anyway.
They were notaccomidating to my mother needs the heater in room was out and the elevator in the romm didnt work. They were suppose to reinburse me for the room hasnt happened yet
Spectacular hotel, staff very friendly reception, room with style and good views. very good value for money.
algo alejado del strip, 15 min in car. Manager del buffet very churlish, nosotros entramos y al parecer estaban cerrando buffet , el nos trato muy mal.
Poor payout return of machines!
We stayed in the M resort hotel for 3 - days, the staff was awesome the reception lady left us a letter one morning on the table in the room saying us that they would be happy to assist us in anything we wish for. The room we got was absolutely magnificent! it was big, cozy and well designed and furnished. We loved the variety of restaurants, specially the little coffee house there (which has tasty cakes and great granola with greek yogurt!), by the way- check the buffet, it has every food you can think of- from Humus to pad thai to ice cream. Huge part of the plane ground was the casino, although we hadn't had the chance to play and gamble- it's something that most visitors love to do while their staying in LV, and while the hotel's location far from the main strip, it still has the whole attractions casino usually has. overall, even though the hotel is a 4-stars hotel- we felt like it was 5-stars hotel and beyond.
The WiFi in the rooms wasn't free of charge, the hotel demanded 15 (!) dollars per day, an outrageous rate for internet. The hotel has only once a day laundry service (in the morning time) and has no self service machines- also, the prices change according to the amount/type of clothing.
The restaurants...variety of slot machines...
The M Resort was a great resort for the price. It is a 15 minute drive off the freeway to the strip so that was a little bit of a inconvenience but other than that it was a great stay. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Very modern set up and great view of the strip. The casino was just okay. The resort itself is very beautiful and well taken care of. I would come back here and recommend it to others.
The 15 minute drive to get to the strip. Unfriendly casino customer service.
I love the hometown feeling. It's so calm and relaxing then hotels on the strip. Next trip im booking at the M. Rooms, restaurants, gambling and entertainment are great.
Sports book is amazing
Everything in the hotel was just perfect. It was great being away from the hustle and bustle of the strip
Nothing. Everything was great From the food to the comfort of the room.
Spacious room, very nice bathroom with deep tub and shower, room service was prompt and courteous as were all staff
No robes supplied. We'd just come from the Hyatt in Scottsdale where robes just gave that extra touch of luxury
service-bellhops, checkin, shuttle all were fine food at Pasta Bar was excellent sports book was very good
Xtra cost for gym Xtra cost for Wi-Fi Walls were not soundproof Friday buffet was expensive No fridge in room
The staff was great! The food was great! The room was great!
An amazing experience. Modern, spacious & relaxing. I recommend to stay at this hotel. The casino is spacious & great. The hotel is far from the strip (which was a good thing).
The main pool was closed for the season (november) and the other pool was not open before 10 am (a bit late).
Location was excellent for our needs. Staff was very attentive. Excellent bike, running path just out the door.
I'm not a gambler, so I avoided the smoke in the casino.
It felt very luxurious for the price. Beautiful property.
Gorgeous property, excellent staff, beautiful views, good casino. The room was very quiet despite being close to the elevator.
Feeling of captivity manifested by high coffee cost. For travelers who do not require daily room cleaning, there were few towels.
The hotel is big enough to have everything, but is small enough so you don't feel overwhelmed.
The room could have been a little cleaner. The attention to details that we saw on previous stays wasn't there this time. Breakfast service was slow.
It was a mistake when I clicked on the reservation. I didn't realize that it was not the hotel where my seminar is going to be held. Fortunately I bought the whole family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was so amazing... We love the Eco concept , the view was spectacular and the room was so sleek...we are now planning to come and stay again at the same hotel for our next vegas trip ...!
The entrance of the hotel was a little bit of a challenge to find... We entered the lateral side instead but it worked well after that ...
The overall feel of this unique Boutique
Shower drain clogged
This place was awesome. They upgraded me to an incredibly suite, I had a beautiful view of the mountains and expansive room. Hotel was gorgeous, staff was nice, I really enjoyed my spa time and it was an incredible value all around.
Hotel is gorgeous, very new, big beautiful rooms. Bath view on the Strip (ok far away, but it was nice view). Very clean rooms. Loved the shower with strong water pressure to get shampoo and conditioner out! No outside streetnoise. I do recommend to people who dont care for the strip and just want to relax in the hotel.
No free wifi anywhere in hotel! Pillows on the bed were to stuffed so i slept without pillow every night but that was okey due to good matrass. at check in tried to get a complimentary upgrade but no luck. The hotel is far from the strip (about 15 min drive). Also no restaurants near hotel where u can get wifi. The no free wifi anywhere in hotel and the far drive to the strip made us decide not to return to this hotel in the future.
Clean, looks good, great pool and best buffet in Las Vegas. Rooms are clean and large with a good layout. The soaking tub was great after a long day. Every room has a view.
Our check is was not as smooth as we would have liked. We had to stay in a smoking room for a night til the non smoking was available. They apologized with a hand written letter but that didn't remove the faint stink of smoke from the room.
Loved our room (great value) and the restaurants served excellent food!
