Great quality room, convenient that there is a restaurant right next door with superb food, and wifi is actually free if you sign up for their loyalty program for free
Staff were great. Room was beautiful.
The noisy alley. Bed was not firm. Woke up in back pain.
The hotel was very clean and modern. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us.
refrigerator that didn't keep items cold. smallest bathroom ever bed too soft (I find I'm in the minority here).
The room was very big with good space to move around for the family. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Location was good with dupont circle only ~200m away. Morning coffee at the reception.
Washroom was very tiny for a such a large room.
Clean modern room with all the amenities. Staff was very catering to my needs.
Prices went up for last minute bookings.
Spacious room and clean.
Location, spacious room with balcony. Nicole and Jordan.
No tea/coffee making facilities in room and the tiny bathroom
Close to metro and walkable to White House, Georgetown and U St. Great continental breakfast. Plenty of eats and drinks close by.
Tiny bathroom! Struggled to get an extra blanket but staff made up for it with complimentary vouchers.
Dirty not clean not comfort
Price! The room we booked on-line, was not the room we were given, We booked a suite with a pull out couch, but when we arrived there was no couch. Even though my husband confirmed we would have a couch at check-in, with the check-in agent. We were told there were no suite rooms with a couch available, so we had to settle for a smaller room and ask for a roll-away bed. The hotel never made any attempt to adjust the price, we had to remind them and ask for our price to be adjusted because we were given a cheaper room. They planned to charge us full price for a smaller room.
The location is great. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Our reservation was messed up. We booked a king deluxe room with a pull out couch but they didn't have it when we checked in. They have is a double queen with pull out instead. The room was configured strangely. It had a curtained room next to the sitting area for yoga. To me, it was a complete waisted space. The bathroom was tiny. So small that I could not close the door while helping my toddler to the bathroom. The tv was also in front of the beds instead of the sitting area. I suppose this is not a terrible room but it just doesn't fit my needs. I was envisioning to be able to watch tv in the sitting space while my toddler sleeps bed area. The bathroom was definitely way too small. In the end, it made me feel like I upgraded to the bigger room for no reason because the purpose was not served.
1.Tiny room and bathroom. 2. This hotel good for students, but not for age people. 1-2 stars. 3. Real price about $100.
Loved the atmosphere, room decor, restaurant/bar, balcony off room, and location, location, location! Great part of the city to stay in. We'll be back
fantastic room, fantastic location
-at our arrival apparently they didn't have our booking.com reservation, they claimed they often have troubles with booking.com (???) -elevator was not working and we had a room on the 7th floor...; it was fixed during the day -wifi signal in our room was practically absent; this is very bad, wifi should be provided as stated in the description page of the hotel; knowing that in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel.
Beautiful room, everything was great
I really enjoyed my stay. There was a great vibe to the place and the staff were friendly. The room and bathroom were small but perfectly formed. Comfy bed, quiet room and anything I could possibly need - including a yoga mat! There was nothing not to like- I would definitely stay again!
Staff were excellent. Very laid back and friendly but very professional in the way they made your stay a great experience. Recommend this hotel
Bathroom; too small and very old
We traveled very early and got there early. The staff tried their best to get us checked in early as we had a baby and older parents. The staff were very friendly and helpful the whole time. We had a very good stay and the location is excellent. Very good value for money. Thanks all for a terrific job!
