room was clean I sleeped real good
water pressure was bad. I could not shave.I sleep ed good.you only had cold cereal for breakfast. went to dennys for breakfast.
I didn't like the smell if the room. And the room was really hot. It took the a/c too long to kick in
There were beds
The attitude No shampoo or towels Shower head only worked on one setting
Clean and chlorinated pool
The maids didn't make up our room, and then we had to track them down and asked them to drump trash, put on new sheets, and refresh the shampoos: they didn't change sheets and left a bugs in the sheets, didn't refresh the shampoo, but did take out the trash. Even after agreeing to refresh the shampoo, they didn't. When we went ask for a bottle we were told the maid carts were locked up and they refused a bottle of shampoo to us. the next day we asked for a clean towel (to go to the pool) and we were told no, that they had just counted enough for each room and couldn't give us one. We went to the pool area and overall it was OK...if a bit run down and not well cared for. The deck was slimy and slick and needed a good cleaning. One guest slipped getting in the pool and almost bit it on the edge due to the slipperiness. I went to the hotel managers and tried to ask about moving rooms (after the bed bugs in the sheets) and I was told they did not have any rooms (but when I asked the maids how full they were, they said they were only at 50% capacity.) I would never recommend this place nor would I stay here again.
the beds are to hard and ac sucks took to long to cool room
Room was clean.
Offer free breakfast when I went to get coffee in the morning no one was in area, coffee pot was off no coffee there. We reserved a handicapped room and they told me when we checked in that they didn't have any Handicap rooms available I asked why didn't they let me know ahead of time so I could have went elsewhere and they acted like they didn't understand English just gave me a dumb founded look. Since I had to be at a engagement and change clothes right away I accepted the room. Remote control for the Television had the back falling off and one of the batteries removed so I had to manually turn T.V. on and change the channels. Poor maintenance, poor service.
They wouldn't take my ID although I explain I lost my lisence. Finally in the room the bed was too hard. And the sheets were rough.
Nothing really, just a place to sleep for the night.
The bathroom fixtures didn't work
Close to a restaurant nearby and on the way to our final destination.
Unfortunately the toilet was very slow going down. We had to leave room way too early due to this problem. And unfortunately a bunch of noise coming from 2-3 groups of insensitive patrons yelling in the middle of the night,no regard for the sleeping ones.
For the money this is a great value and located between 3 fantastic National Parks. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
There was an overpowering smell of curry in the lobby and we had to take our continental breakfast back to the room because the smell was so strong.
We had fresh towels everyday and the staff was ver polite. The only negative is the carpets need a good cleaning.
The carpet seemed stained. The front desk smells too much like curry. However I was not in there very much.
The room smelled. The carpets were sticky. The bathroom was dirty. After sleeping there one night we got sick.
The price, closeness to shopping center and food places
not a thing
The location and restaurant next door
The beds are hard and the carpet needs cleaned badly
Wifi was a little weak ,,

If it was three star I would hate to see a two star.I know it hard to find hotel that take pets
Room was clean and tastefully done. Bed was comfortable and staff very accomodating. Will return whenever we go to Madera.
Breakfast was only bad coffee and gas station pastries. Bed was uncomfortable.
Right off Highway. Good food access. Starbucks across the street. Friendly staff.
Breakfast is only small selection continental breakfast.
