Dried blood on sheets Mattress was horrible and caved in the middle. Had to leave at 3AM cuz I couldnt sleep in bed. Motel wouldnt refund my money and manager wouldnt call me back. Horrible experience!

I stronngly believe the room was infested with bedbugs. I was severely bitten and had to dispose of my luggage to be safe. It cost me $350 to replace it.

Cheapest Hotel in Detroit Metropolitan area with a very high quality for the money, including swimming pool. Ideal if you have a car. Close to Freeway.

Guests smoking in the hotel. The smell is everywhere. We requested a different room after the first night because the cigarette smoke smell was so bad in the room. The new room they offered smelled the same, the next one was better. The rooms are not really clean, and so is the bathroom. The drain in the sink and shower was blocked.The water ran down the drain very slowly. On top of that I had a bug walking on me while I was still in bed. According to the hotel staff is was not a bed bug. Staff said they will tell the maintanance and spray the room. Breakfast was a mess. The staff was in the breakfast room but did not bother to clean the tables. Crumbs and sticky spots were everywhere. That whole hotel smells like a bar and need a big time cleaning and renovation, and I guess a new manager. It was a waste of money. I would never ever go back to that hotel and would for sure never recommend it to anybody.

The location it was surrounded by entertainment and restaurants for everyone.

I was bitten by bed bugs!

The continental breakfast was ok

Could have been a little cleaner, and the smell was not the greatest! The bathtub was not very clean, I actually had to clean it and put a bath mat down. The towels were not real white.

Outside building still had Xmas lites up and out side was very dirty and I did change my mind about staying there but because I made reservations in advance they were going to charge me anyway

The price was reasonable, the location was excellent, near many restaurants and easy on/off highway access.Lots of shopping nearby. The refrigerator was very cold.

The pool was cloudy, there are noisy families living there; one day a little boy urinated in the hall. People who live at hotel smoke in the rooms, which drifts into the hall and other rooms. The cleaning service was poor, she acted like doing her job was a problem. Any time I took a shower the water temperature fluctuated between too hot/too cold, when another person used the water it affected the pressure and temp.

When I arrived, My first impression was that it was in a run-down part of town, but I decided to give it a shot, but when I walked in the building, I noticed it looked dirty and had a lingering smoke smell, so I asked the clerk if they allowed smoking in any part of the building, and he said no, so it was probably from when smoking was allowed in the past. I decided to cancel my reservation, and stayed at the Holiday Inn in Warren instead. It was more expensive, but it was clean, an in a safe area.

The strong smell of cigaretts. It was not what I expected...I guess I expected it to be much nicer than it was.

Room is kinda run-down, made it look nice with comforters and pillows. It was a decent room for the price point

The doors did not unlock to go outside and was quite an inconvience and a possible fire hazzard!!! One did not open from the inside and the other not from the outside! Needs to dust hallways and rooms in corners and ceilings.

I requested two double beds, booked on line when we arrived there were no rooms left, except for a noisy one beside the pool. Front desk clerk suggested I take the King size bed, for the same price. I accepted however had to sleep with my daughter.

Close to sterling heights and other shopping

Not enough towels for two people sharing a room. Not enough shampoo, no conditioner. The bathtub looked old. The sliding door the lock was broken and the sliding door was broken as well... The breakfast not good. The orange juice water came out instead of orange juice. not much selection.

Traveled with 3 children and 2 adults. Great hotel! Friendly staff, and great amenities. The indoor pool came in handy with the kids. We also liked to complimentary continental breakfast - waffles were great! Conveniently located to many stores, shopping, restaurants. Close to freeway and only about 30 minutes to downtown Detroit. Will definitely book this place again when we come back to the area!

I loved the price for a Jacuzzi suite! Room was set up so nicely.

Super nice staff, great location- close to downtown Detroit & Royal Oak, and the room was way more inviting than we expected (for the price). Continental breakfast was great!

Just beware it's not the Hilton.. but overall I would stay there again for the price.

1. It was very dirty. 2. TV did not work properly. 3. Toilet in bathroom leaked all the time, flooded around toilet area. 4. Bathroom had bugs. 5. Bathroom floor and walls and tub very dirty. 6. Lamps in bedroom area did not work. 7. No clocks in room. 8. Breakfast had no food during stated time, only bread was there. 9. Halls were noisy with people in them and just sitting around the floors. 10. Outside doors did not work or open, fire hazzard. 11. Staff standing around outside bedroom window smoking, not very private at all.

Very friendly and helpful. Great for the money!

I liked of the room and of the breakfast.

I did not like of the lift (too old) and the smell of the carpets(smelling mold).
