The Msgic Castle staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager personally came around at breakfast to ask how everything was and if we needed anything. The breakfast selection was great. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and located in a great centralized area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it! The ONLY negative thing I have to say is there were tiny ants in the bathroom crawling on the towels.

Our one bed apartment was one of their newly renovated rooms. It was located in a separate building to reception and the pool which was only a short walk. The apartment was modern and clean and the hotel offers you unlimited snacks, soft drinks and a selection of DVDs which was nice. The bed was comfortable and you have a docking station for your apple products. There's a flat screen TV in the lounge and bedroom which offered full cable TV and films on demand which was free. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bedroom door wouldn't shut properly and you had to pay for parking $11 a night plus tax.

The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. Pool was clean and inviting. I would stay again rather than anywhere else in Hollywood.

Simplemente todo, el personal, gracias francisco .... siempre atento por demas, monica del front desk siempre dispuesta. El servicio, las instalaciones, la limpieza...TODO Se puede mejorar un poco los sistemas de aire acondicionado que son ruidosos y los procesadores de desechos en las cocinas dan un poco de olor.

Personnel vraiment accueillant. Très bon conseils, à disposition 24/24. Situation parfaite, à 5min à pied de Hollywood Blv. Rapport qualité prix. Notre chambre était vraiment petite, et pour le prix (plus de 170$ pour la nuit), je m'attendais à avoir une plus grande chambre. La propreté était Ok, mais de nouveau pour le prix, je m'attendais au niveau supérieur. Dernier point, le breakfast, compris dans le prix, est vraiment minime. Self service à la réception avec très peu de choix. Hors mis le personnel qui est vraiment accueillant la situation de l'hôtel, je ne le recommande pas.

地点极好，出门几步就是好莱坞大道。前台和员工非常好！给人回家的感觉，整个酒店给人的感觉都比较贴心。 房间略小，wifi速度需要再快些。
