Looks like a cabin. Very neat. Friendly lady provided information about sorroundings.
Sometimes heard foot steps from the 2 floor rooms.
The rooms are small and perfect. The owner was very friendly enough to help us.
Water smelt very bad that we coudnt use the washroom. The bad odour spreads to room too if v open the bathroom door. It definitely needs to be taken care as travellers couldnt adjust with such a very bad odour.
Location was good for our plans.
Could use better drapes. Too much light early morning
The woman that greeted us was very friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable and clean room.
I had trouble getting a good signal on the internet and no available internet the second night.
The place was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The owner couldn't have been any friendlier.
I picked this place because it had a restaurant for the convenience. Unfortunately, it is closed during the summer. The shower is very small and dark. The room is like a hunting lodge, but we just needed a place to sleep.
The surrounding was magnificent, majestic trees in full foliage: air was clean and 'sweet', so good to breathe deeply and feel energized and refreshed. The room was very clean: sheets and towels as clean as almost new: bed-spread colorful and added a feel of warmth and a sense "of being welcomed". The lady-owner is a gracious person who makes you feel welcomed. She also went out of her way to answer all our questions and gave us addresses of places we wanted to visit: and even more...information about services at nearby churches. She was always available to render us service. Our beds were made very nicely each day!
The Wi-FI was a bit weak at times: we learnt to be patient to "await" the connection and to accept its disappearance. The address we were given could not be found in the GPS. We had a lot of difficulties locating it.
difficulty in finding it
Very clean and friendly staff
I liked that it was warm, cozy and clean. My 11 year old daughter was with me and she noticed the same thing. She also liked the bathroom styling. I was not expecting anything amazing but I was nicely surprised. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the woman who greeted us but she was pleasant as well.
Coffee could have been a better experience. But hey not really a problem.
The location is great, close to Stratton. Everything very clean. The manager Barbara was very accommodating. Room temp was perfect, maybe even a little too warm.
It's a bit run down. Bathroom was TINY.
The wifi connection was strong
Room 13 when the water runs off the roof it hits the other roof makes a annoying sound all night
Lots of hot shower water Firm matress
Small, basic room, no bath tub, cold bathroom.
The room was large and had three beds. The room was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to Stratton, Magic and Bromley.
The room didn't 't have any draw space to unpack. A dresser would have been more practical than a desk. The breakfast room could use more lighting, a second toaster and two waffle machines.
It was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.
Nothing, it was fine.
location. there was not a lot of choice
the shower ran out of hot water befor we could take 2 quick showers. It was over priced.
Sheets were clean
Accommodation very expensive. The air conditioning advertised, consisted of a window (with no lock) in the summer and a dubious gas heater in the winter with no service history attached. This had a naked flame 8 inches from the bed linen. The drains were so bad that every time taps, shower or toilet used it stunk the whole room for 2-3 hours. Hanging space for clothes consisted of a wire coat hanger each and a couple of drawers in a desk. Only one light worked in the room
Beautiful location in the Green Mountains of Vermont Comfortable well furnished room. Very friendly and helpful owner.
Difficulty with WiFi
Large and clean room. The lady at the check-in was very kind and friendly. Nice view on the mountains and ski-slopes.
At 9PM all the restaurants nearby were closed (or at least they didn't let us in); we had to buy our dinner at the supermarket and eat it in our room.
