Magical Memories Villas  

Staff and location were excellent

Few cocroaches were found and killed. Better pesticiding required. I arrived one late and day was charged (Flights) , and this is not the problem. I asked for two hors delay in check out (To 12:00 Hrs instead of 10:00 Hrs) after 11 days stay , at a DOWN SEASON TIME and the front desk official refused , and gave one hour only and threatened an addiditional day charge if I do not abide. That was not nice as I am sure there was no clinets coming on same day. This was really not nice and unconventional. However , we managed to leave out with villa at same tideness and cleanliness status received.

Great villa :) it was very spacious and clean. I loved that our family could spend time in a home like atmosphere and not be crammed into a hotel room. I know for a fact that every time I return to Orlando for vacation we will be staying there. The value was amazing!

Large enough for a few couples to stay. King bed was comfortable. Enough blankets and pillows to go around. Tv has cable, maybe a channel sheet would be helpful for visiters. Like the gate to get in, feels a little more secure. Like how big the house is for little kids to be able to run around and not feel cooped up in a hotel room.

Ac wasn't working, it took hours and a second call to get someone out to fix it. The twin beds were not comforable. Pictures on the internet look a lot nicer than in reality. The area is a little scary, there are actually families that live in these villas. The neighborhood kids were spray painting their shoes gold late at night. I was concerned about what else might end up being spray painted through out the night. The bars of soap were like bricks. There were some cosmetic improvements that could be made, like scratches along the wall in the dining area and spots on the carpet. First impressions are important.

I liked that there was a bedroom downstairs. That accomadated my grandmother who is wheelchair bound.

I didnt like that there were only 2 washcloths for a family of 10.

We had an initial problem with our booking and they fixed it. Not only did they fix it but they gave us a great upgrade. I have already recommended you guys and will continue to use yall in the future

Great location, close to all attractions. Nice setup.

Bad tv remote. Unpleasant person to deal with on this issue.

It was grat. Better than I expected!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Much better than a room in a hotel. Great value, beautifully deorated,lots of room for the whole family. Great staff and great location to everything. We will be rebooking later in the summer.

we have stayed for our annual four day golf trip with you for last three years and find it perfect; the price is affordable, the location of the Lagoon villas was better for us than Fiesta last year and Emerald lakes two years ago;the condo was perfect;the hot tub was close and just right;put us in Lagoon each year and we will keep coming back!

The villa had the necessary facilities: kitchen cutlery, towels, washer/dryer, etc.

The main office for picking up and returning keys was quite far from the villa (15-20 minutes drive). I did not know about this when booking the villa.

Magical Memories is a great company their staff is outstanding but the place they sent me to was nice But, Staff at Runaway Bay known as Mike Ditka resorts poor, poor poor service, they were rude inconsistant, not friendly and also did not speak proper, poor, poor, poor services , I do not reccomend this place to any family drinks were over priced, no service in gift shop and again rude uneducated staff members, Poor Magical Memories who manage properties there ,They put there reputation on line for this place

Not much this time!! We have been going since 2006 sometimes 2 or 3 times a year. We asked for handicap as husband sometimes uses a walker or wheel chair. Tlhey Put us in a non handicap condo we had to go up hill to get to the condo from the parking lot......When we complained they said sorry we are full and all we have left is second floor condos left....We will think twice about this place again.....Seems they would of liked to help us out but they did not care. When I called to complain about it they just said sorry sorry......

They had no reguard for my husband and another guest with us was handicap too so they should of taken care of us but they didn'T.....

It was very centrical to the parks and grocery stores and chaping aires.
