Magical Memories Villas  

I really recommend these villas. I travel in a group of 8 people, including 3 childre 9-10 years old. Very spacious and confortable apartments, clean and provided with all you need like you were at home.

It was just perfect for our stay.

We booked a 2 bedroom and had a pleasant surprise when the gave us a 3 bedroom!

The accomodation at the 2864 Club Cortile Circle was a very decent size for a family of six and the pool was convenient. The laundry facility in the unit was a definite plus.

The unit was dirty when we arrived - vacuuming had obviously not been done. Had to clean the vacuum before actually vacumming as it was left completely clogged. The sheets were dirty and needed to be cleaned right away. The trip advisor comments all stated the less than cleanliness of the units after researching Magical Memories Villas so it wasn't much of a surprise when we found cock roaches in the kitchen. In the dishwasher, by toaster, in the cutlery drawer etc. The shower handles in both upstairs washrooms are broken and the unit is in some definite need of TLC, moldy caulking in the bathroom, cracked tile floors. To find the unit dirty on arrival was disappointing to say the least. To find the cockroaches in the unit was nothing short of disgusting. I would be embarrassed to be remotely associated with a company who rents units in this kind of disrepair.

Good value money

Not much this time!! We have been going since 2006 sometimes 2 or 3 times a year. We asked for handicap as husband sometimes uses a walker or wheel chair. Tlhey Put us in a non handicap condo we had to go up hill to get to the condo from the parking lot......When we complained they said sorry we are full and all we have left is second floor condos left....We will think twice about this place again.....Seems they would of liked to help us out but they did not care. When I called to complain about it they just said sorry sorry......

They had no reguard for my husband and another guest with us was handicap too so they should of taken care of us but they didn'T.....

It made my daughter and wife happy.

no hair dryer, no shampoo, no iron or ironing board.

We liked how close it was to everything like shopping and Disney. We enjoyed the quietness and relaxation. It was easy to get to and find.

We how ever did not like the plainness in the room. All the walls was white and had no color. The beds need to update and so does everything else. The outside of the building looks very up to date but not the inside. I recommend apon arrival the desk personel needs to know how to direct people. We got lost and had to ask numerous people where to go but after that it was easy to find.

I was very happy with our recent stay at Magical Memories Villas. The Villa was very spacious for our family of 5. The clubhouse was very clean and the pool was excellent. Looking forward to staying at this resort again in the future.

There was nothing I didn't like at this resort.

Offered only one key. A/C did not work.

Big apartment

WEll, I was really looking forward for this vacation but the staff in the reception in the 1st day were not freindly. the 2nd day I called 2 ask about why the internet is not working . and they told me to call the internet provider which told me the next day that this apartment doesnt have internet . and I kept calling the reception and the internet provider my self for my entire 11 days stay with no internet . I have lot of things that I need 2 do online I am waiting for tons of my emails. to make the story short if I knew that there will be no internet I would not have payed for 1 day . and the people in the main office were not helping the customer service is below zero . I was really unhappy in my stay and they didnt do anything 2 help

It was very centrical to the parks and grocery stores and chaping aires.
