Pas grand chose.... Les photos de l'hôtel publiées sur le site ne reflète en rien ce que nous avons eu. Tout d'bord, la piscine était minuscule, rien à vois avec les photos sur le site. Notre condo était très ordinaire, le mobilier était vieux et usé, la décoration est horrible, peu de vaisselle et ustensiles, le lit était inconfortable, les armoires des salles de bain étaient très endommagées, etc. |

Convienient location Dirty floors in the master bathroom and shower. Trash outside the entrance to the room. Mold in the air vents in the bathrooms. |

I liked the area that the vilas were in. Being close to Disney. We did not have a working a/c from Saturday 6pm until Sunday 6:40pm. It was up to 92 degrees in the room. My granddaughter who is 18 months old has type 1 diabetes and because of the heat she got sick and a fast acting insulin shot was requred. When I called the staff the first night and complained they told me that it was fixed. I explained it was not. When I called the next day I not only was put on hold 4 times for an excess of 15 minutes each time was spoke to rudely basically calling me a liar about the ac not working and I told staff to come and see for their selfs. At 6:30pm maintenance fixed the ac and left me a note on the table written on a piev=ce of paper towel. That was very professional |

I liked the cleanliness of the room. Sorry this is all I liked about the villa. The room was too hot, built weird, no tub in master bedroom, you can hear everything going on in the room above, their walking even made the ceiling fan shake. We loved our room we rented in August 2009 at the Seven Dwarfs, but we will never stay at this villa again. We were dissappointed, and the price we paid to be uncomfortable was a bit too much. We booked the rooms at 137 a night then decided to book another day and the price was 99 dollars, why was this!!!!!!!! I would rent at the Seven Dwarfs, but this was not a place I will ever stay again!!!!!!!!!! |

Service Desk Personel needs some training on problem solving or a manager that is accessible at all times. Your website needs to state that their is a additional pet charge and when it states total due it does not include tax. |

The location, privacy and security. The villa we stayed at was comfortable and had all the amenities of home. The living room T.V. did not work well. There were bugs in the Villa. One of the bathroom doors did not lock properly. |

It was a nice spacious place for us to spread out and relax after a long day of visiting the different tourist attractions in the area. It was just a little odd to check out of the villa by going to an office that was away from the site of the villa. |

The condo was nice. We liked the fact that it was close to the pool at the complex. The pool area was very nice. The beds were uncomfortable. We could feel the springs in the matresses. The dryer did not work well. When we did the laundry, we had to dry the close for hours to get them dry. The condo was supplied with toilet paper and paper towels. We ran out and asked for more but were told that we had to supply that. I think that is poor policy on the part of MMV. |

I felt very safe, there was 24 hr surveillance on the premises. The villa had everything I needed and more. It was just the right size, nice and clean. |

the pool was only 5 ft and it closed at 9:30, the computer room was never available, the door was locked as early as 2:30 in the afternoon. we had a 4 bedroom and there were only 2 t.v.'s, so my teenagers were not happy at all. |

The villa was clean and comfortable for our whole family, open concept layout was great for the kids. There were alot of glass vases and knick knacks around that we had to put up out of place so the kids didn't break it. |

It was just great to have room to spread out and move around in the morning when others were still sleeping. I could make my coffee and watch the morning news programs on TV or sit outside on the patio. There was some inappropriate behavior by the other employee during our check in which should not be tolerated. She was having a loud personal conversation on the telephone, which was distracting and rude. |
